Jeewan ji, Manger of the resort, is very supportive and helpful. He takes care of all your needs and ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. As it is situated in little remote location, therefore, our expectation with respect to food and its service couldn't met. However, it's okay as it can be managed well if both parties discuss and plan their meals properly beforehand. Staff is equally supportive. They went extra mile to ensure we do not feel disappointed at any point in time. We spent only one night as we had to cover other places as well. But I would love to revisit Suvaasa in future and stay for a longer duration.

For our stay at Ramgarh, we selected Suvaasa based on the reviews. The staff was polite and maintained good hygiene practices. Suvaasa serves the best food in the area. Jevaan ji (Suvaasa's manager) personally navigated over call to find resort (Suvaasa is located at a distance of 3km in interior from main road), suggested places to visit (based on weather conditions) and introduced local cuisines. We will highly recommend Suvaasa for a relaxing, quiet, and refreshing stay in Ramgarh.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Ramgarh! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager (muskaan). The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant was very flexible (really appreciate this!). Food was excellent, excellent service and friendly staff. They had just inaugrated and the occupancy was 60-65% ,still the food spread was great. All because of mukaan. She is an excellent host, she has taken care of everything for us and have gone extra lengths to reach and fulfill what all we need. You name it, they have it. If they dont she will try 200% to arrange that. I have never experienced such fantastic and such warmly feeling. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.
Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special and the view is so beautiful and breathtaking that it really felt like home away from home to me. All respect for muskaan who does agreat job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

If you are looking for peace comparable to ShangriLa (Lost Horizon by James Hilton) look no further. This is a beautiful property overlooking an extremely scenic view, away from the hustle bustle of a typical tourist hill resort. I stayed there with my husband and kids and it was absolute bliss - the old world charm of the place is complemented beautifully with the modern amenities that we can’t do without these days. It’s a compact luxury resort just 35 kms away from Nainital. The service is warm and personalised and the staff very well trained. My kids were happy with the customised meals, the bonfires and the trekking trails nearby. The manager Mr Dalakoti is knowledgable about the local area and helps to plan excursions from the resort with great enthusiasm. Our 3 night 4 day stay was definitely something we are going to remember for a long time and I hope to visit it with my parents for some peace and quiet in near future.

Located about 7 kms from Malla Ramgarh this is a beautiful resort over looking a valley with a natural stream. The rooms are beautifully done up with all the comforts of a 5 star property. The staff is very well trained and attentive to the needs of the guests. The property offers multiple amenities including a library, conference room, gardens, nature trails etc. it’s the perfect getaway for a family.... we really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning here soon.

This resort is located almost two hours drive from Bhimtal. The view from the resort is good but the approach road is in bad shape.
Our ordeal started as soon as we stepped in, we booked four rooms directly from Mr. Jeevan who I believe is the main coordinator. He promised that we will be getting all the rooms on the same floor that will share the common balcony. However, we were informed that this is not going to happen as the rooms are already occupied. Being a group of eleven people we were allotted four rooms on three different floors. Moreover, one of the room was smelling like a septic tank.
There was no water at the first point and one has to ask for buckets of water to bath or address nature calls. They have wi-fi just for the name sake as it does not have range inside the rooms.
The buffet was a joke as the spread was tiny, only three items. On the top, they do not entertain Al Carte orders as whatever we asked for was denied, be it during breakfast or dinner. Food was also not good, it was tasteless and none of eleven of us liked it.
They do not have ceiling fans but as they have provided table fan as an alternative. In one of the rooms even the table fan was missing and they do not have one when asked for.
Overall, it is a nice property with very poor management. I would visit this place ever again and would not recommend this to anyone.

dear guest we would to highlight few aspects of your visit to suvaasa. The rooms are always booked as per category and availability since you all had booked executive we upgraded some rooms without charging extra as a good gesture. Since rooms check in time is 14:00 in case you arrive early and seek room without getting cleaned obviously some thing could be not unto mark which anyway is done in case check in happens as per allotted time. The water issue too cropped up as the toilets were getting cleaned hence water from mains was shut in order to make it perfect and within 5 minutes water was made for all kind of use. lets share the buffet dinner with one deal / one green veg / one paneer and one non veg if ordered in plan along with salad / pickles/ papadum / hot chapatis and dessert to make it complete. Not only that you had ordered repeated order of snacks so how can you say food was not good only you can explain. fans are not at all needed cause same guest were asking for blankets in night and all rooms are provided with room table fans in case your room was missing we are sorry as we have all rooms with support of table fans no matter the max temp when you were our guest was 23deg and min 16 deg we are sure you will appreciate we went to extend our best of services that in end all group wanted to have picture with hotel staff and thanksgiving , would ensure to make it even better next time. all the best

Guys this hotel is first of all not in nainital. Its around 35 kms away from Nainital. I booked through clear trip and the address had Nainital mentioned twice. here is the address on google Address: Bohrakote, Village Khopa, Ramgarh District Nainital, Nainital, 263137
Anyone would be fooled in believing that this hote is in Nainital. Our plans were spoiled because of the extra distance that we had to cover. This was not the only thing that happened ot us. Here is what happened: 1) No water in the bathroom and early morning there was nobody to attend the complaint. 2. Smelly toilets 3. No internet even though you are charged for it. 4. No hot water
We asked for refund for our next day stay because of third class facilities provided to us and the manager says that he cant and it does not matter if one customer writes bad reviews. He did not return us the money. Please stay away from this hotel. We also had a chat with the driver and the driver too told to us that most of the customers leave this hotel fighting with the owner.

Dear Reading Friends always remember there are genuine guest and the feedback or review given by them gives correct and not malafied intentional remarks. Here are the guest who not only lied about the stay but even went to the extend of pretending not well and all drama was done to get some refund as they decided to go a day earlier. Let us give you point by point correct information to make the reader well informed about such kind of guest who are only looking for refunds after staying over and free food and if hotelier refuse the best tool is to write whatever dirt they have in mind to destroy the image of any decent place. a) The resort address is absolutely correct as mentioned as it comes in nanital district no where it states nanital city so what are they trying to show is nothing but excuse with no logic. 1) the guest had booked heritage property but considering the kind of luggage they were caring imaging 5 big suitcases no matter what they were caring hotel manager upgraded them to executive room considering whether they will put luggage or themselves in the room. 2) Imagine they were three adults but paid for twin sharing only and they were caring luggage of 5 people and that too had booked heritage room with no food. Now started the next bargain give us free breakfast and morning 5:30 am they were ringing front desk no matter 24 hours number was shared for any requirement. Immediately housekeeping person was attending the call as why the water takes time refilling the pot tank any commonsense will prevail it will take 1 minute to refill but they had planned to create issues as had planned to check out early as planning to go to so immediately hotel shoot letter to clear trip copy can be attached as why they are creating issues of water or anything as they have booked for two nights and we are more then happy to upgrade them and do all necessary ethical services to them. But they started talking to resort manager as adjust some amount and let them have one day refund or else they will write bad review. The team suvaasa has never been afraid of reviews as we always intended to do the best but these kind of guys only look for excuses. Finally they decided to leave as hotel called for taxi and the driver had another story to tell the guest took the text to nainital made him wait for all day gave him deducted amount of agreed taxi bill and asked him to collect from the resort. The poor taxi driver had nothing much to say but to return as stated with deducted taxi fare. Friends we have all the common areas with cctv and footages of guest trying to take advantage of situation with refund of one day can be clearly seen. Only advise to readers believe it not such guest are nothing more then mess which we can challenge anyone to come and see the facilities the resort is providing.

Bad experience in terms of food taste, management and struggled for basic amenities. Location is well located and beautiful but basic things are not organised. Other property of Heritage from same group is even worst in terms if experience. No one coordinate there and electricity and water like things are not even managed properly. When you ask then you will get into a debate. No electricity back up and water can also be a big problem if no noticed though it is located at a beautiful location.

dear Guest let us apprise you had booked the heritage rooms where in the independent bungalow the place where even film celebrities and senior officials stayed ( very next day the same bungalow) was occupied by very senior official family and they really appreciated the same property. The resort team on your last minute update even provided your family member extra room in resort that too at same cost as booked the heritage. Electricity was not there for 10 minutes in bungalow which any way is not guaranteed in big cities still resort people immediately arranged for the invertor in case of any power failure. Water was scarce and due to pipe burst it was only matter of an hour or so immediately water tanks were refilled. Now sir you forgot to mention you were upgraded next day with two rooms in the resort without any thing extra like your earlier two rooms , also you forgot to mention that your request for kababs and other platter was matter of pride to be served at 9:30 pm wherein dinner was well served to all the guest, also sir you forgot to mention the resort management provided you free of cost born fire with music system no matter its chargeable sir and last but not the least you forgot to mention in review your own message to the management about good stay at the property and beautiful property. we would like to thank you for your revert but would appreciate had it been a bit more fair. regards

Classy and elegantly designed property,best stay in Ramgarh, Nainital. The rooms are spacious and clean with huge verandahs with a sit out to enjoy ur cup of Tea/Coffee. Delicious food served in the restaurant. Not to forget the view from the place is mesmerizing.

Thanks for your interest in Suvaasa, the Resort is build in a manner, where you park your car on the road and walk in directly into the lobby, a small flight of stairs takes you to the second floor, where we have rooms and further down two more floors each with different categories of room.
