An overnight at Riverstown in the dead of winter was wonderful. The weather was wet with occasional snow showers but from the moment we walked in the front door and were met by Marina it seemed like a lovely summer day! We booked to stay here while attending a wedding in nearby Rathfeigh church. The house is utterly charming - a thatched 2 storey rambling home filled with beautiful antiques and paintings. This B&B is a very well kept secret in the heart of Co. Meath. The house is a mix of modern convenience meets old world elegance. Stayed in a really nice b and b last month in Co Meath, It was a thatched house. I stayed in a lovely bedroom with bathroom overlooking the garden. (Musgrave Suite). The house has great charm, real old world but what elegance ; Had tea and hot scones on arrival in the sitting room, relaxed infront of the wood burner....
