We were lucky to book tha last available ensuite double room at Baraka Pension. After booking, we received a confirmation instructing us the parking condition. It is not available to park at the old town but Ana guided us to drive to the nearest area temporarily to bring our luggage. The room is not very big but very cozy and...

Dear Lighness Thank you for taking the time to write this review and express your apprciation of your comments about Baraka and I. This is mutual. Your comments makes me want to to more for my guests' comfort and appreciation of Ronda. Thank you for also for your detailed description as to the 'challenges' for navigating in the old town....

Put this place on your list folks! Unfortunately we only had one night here but definitely could have stayed a week. Anahid is a lovely host and the accomodation is perfect. Everything you could need and the rooftop terrace is a bonus. Ronda itself is spectacular and definitely a place to put on your bucket list. Will be back!!!!!!

I can only repeat what was expressed in the earlier reviews. A tiny charming house, a discrete but very welcoming owner, a wonderful village, an amazing mountainous region. Vertiginously out of time. Thanks Anahid.

Thank you. You summed it up very nicely. Ronda is one of those magical places that almost stands out of time, yet is a vibrant modern town. Best regards Anahid

A very authentic Spanish hotel in a quiet part of town. Anahid takes very good care of her guests. Rooms are small but with everything one needs. There's a rooftop terrace and a beautiful little patio.

This little gem of a hotel is in the middle of the historical section of Ronda. The rooms are clean and cozy. We stayed in the Salama room which is a suite. The terrace above has a breathtaking view of the countryside. Anahid, the owner, is a dynamic and warm woman with a wealth of advice about everything from restaurants...

Dear Richard Thank you for your perfect summary of Baraka and Ronda. Yes, you are right, one night isn't enough for Ronda. But maybe I will have the pleasure of seeing you and your wife again. You are such a positive and upbeat couple. Thank you for adding your special energy to this old house. Best wishes for health and...

Anahid was the best hotel host we experienced on our entire stay. She helped us figure out where to eat and what to see, and was delightful. Our room was very charming, and the location was perfect in old town. We parked in new town and walked over, which worked out well for us.

The owner, Anahid, warmly welcomed us for our two night stay providing much helpful advice on restaurants and activities throughout. She has created a booklet listing her favorite restaurants and some other recommendations. (We heartily agree with her choice of Cafe Agata!) Dear Amy Thank you for your 'warm' write-up of Baraka. And thank you for enjoying it and Ronda. I am glad the builders didn't disturb you too much. This place was perfect. Anahid helped show us all the spots on a map. The location was quiet and super convenient - close walk to the main spots. The room was affordable, clean, and decorated well.
