We had lunch which was very nice .We booked in later that day, we stayed in the dog friendly annex , which was a lovely room, it was very spacious , and clean and fresh looking. The staff were very nice and very... More

We have just had three nights with our two dogs at this wonderful place, the annex which hosts the dog friendly rooms was separate from the main hotel which was great, the room was big enough to put our dog crate up, the room was lovely and comfortable with free will wi fi and complementary tea and coffee, the room... The staff are nice, the breakfast is OK but the hotel itself is very poor. The rooms are cramped and uncomfortable, the heating does not work (October), the water in the room is not drinkable but bottled water is not provided. wifi did not work in room (it does in the looby / bar but they shut early). We spent 4 nights here, took our doggies for a holiday. The rooms in the annex were basic but just the job for our short break. The area was beautiful and the staff are so friendly. I can't wait until next time :)

We picked this one as it was within budget and close to Weston Super Mare, but it's nothing to get excited over. Unless you drive or are willing to get a cab/bus though, it's not as close to W-S-M as it appears, it's definitely not a casual stroll in. The beach opposite the hotel was nice for a walk in... Myself and my husband stayed overnight following a holiday in Cornwall. We chose it as it was rated a three star hotel and expected it to be of a reasonable standard. The hotel needs a whole new refurb , the net curtains were dirty and torn in places, there was a hole in the back of the bedroom door ,... More

Friendly staff to greet us. The room had a lovely comfy bed but you couldn't drink the water in the bathroom! There was creaking from upstairs all night and all morning. The breakfast was tasty but all the tables were really sticky and the carpet was too! The entire hotel needs a refurb and a good clean! We can't often... More

This hotel is run down, needs a lot of attention, curtains hanging off, cobwebs from lampshade to curtains. The dinning area the carpet was so smelly and thread bare, I could not eat my breakfast..unfortunately I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone..
