Stayed here for a "Destination Wedding" trip. Entrance is nice. Hotel lobby beautiful, updated and clean. Rooms need some updating, tub old, but basically comfortable. Looking out over the balconies, you notice weathered, disheveled mess on roofs below in front of building and beach side. The pool area is old, needs updating and new patio furniture. Also, not enough chaise...

I stayed at the weekend with my husband. The room is big, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is very large compared to other hotels in other bathrooms. The front desk employees are friendly, courteous, respectful and try to find any solution to any problem. The restaurant prices are very reasonable. They offer buffets to the delight of the host. The...

We started our week at Rincón of the Seas and where a bit disappointed by the facilities. The first room that was given to us had the AC broken so we figuered that the humidity in the room was due to this. The staff was more than helpful to give us another room, but to our disappointment this room was...

This hotel has a lot to offer but that's all it has. My husband and I spent 3 days for our "Honeymoon". Room 422 has corrosion in the bathtub. Tiles are falling. The showerhead had mildew. Lamps with corrosion. Wall painting with mildew. Old curtains, etc... When we complained they told us that we could change to a room with...

Great and beautiful hotel with excellent views! I wasn't sure what to expect and quite frankly reviews were mixed about rincon of the seas. I came here for a wedding and given that the wedding was at this property, this is the hotel where all friends and family stayed. Service was excellent and Emanuel and Monica were terrific in handling...

I called this hotel to MAKE a reservation, so Wilnelia which is the manager, picked up the phone so I asked her if they had any rooms available to what she respond with a yes. I told her I was going to make a reservation, that I am on my way from San Juan and she told I didn't have...

Went there to explore the area and take a surfing lesson. It was $280 a night for a hotel experience that was beyond awful. The pool area looks nice on the website, but they sell the rooms cheaply on the weekend to visitors from San Juan, and the pool is totally packed with screaming children and their parents constantly. Never...

I have visited this hotel at least once a year for the last few years and I love it. It has a good location, friendly staff, really nice pool and bar. Food is good and they have nice variety of food and drinks at the hotel. This visit I noticed that the rooms need a little taking care of. Sheets...

We where there this past weekend, this hotel need some love. The rooms are dusty and dirty, humidity in them was awful, almost fell to the floor like 4 times. The pool towels are the worst towels I've ever used. And the music in the pool area could be better. Please fix the broken parts of the pool. On the...
