Stayed there a month ago, the lobby was beautiful, so I expected the same of the guest rooms, what a disappointment. The view from the room was spectacular, but the furniture could use some upgrading. The outdoor furniture in the patio looks really bad. The pool is in great condition, and the access the to bar from the pool is...

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, the room was acceptable but there's no microwave anywhere in the hotel they charge extra 10$ for a fridge , at 800pm they turn off all pool lights, restaurant close and theres mosquitoes everywhere. Bored because there's nothing to do in the hotel. I'll never stay there again in my life!

A very average hotel, in a Beutifull place. It's a bit expensive, $ 179 a night ??!!! That's a lot for only a bed. Nice pool and the restaurants have good service and great food. Recommended for a weekend.

This is a great hotel, and the suite was absolutely huge. It had a pretty view of the pool and beach and is very beautifully decorated. The hotel has direct access to the beach. There was a nice swim up bar and the breakfast was very tasty. The rooms weren't 5 star quality, but it's great for what you pay and...

Everything was nice, they are remodeling the pool, so it will be even better. Food and staff at the Royal Palm Cafe was very good. Beach isnt the best in the area but is Ok, you can drive to Other beaches very close to it.

DO NOT STAY HERE…I paid $179 to stay on a Sunday night…we checked in around 7pm. When we got to the room we were so tired from driving from Fajardo that we just didn't want to drive around looking for an alternative choice. The room was chili, humid…could not control the temperature, the curtains were disheveled and filthy…the lamp shades...

Stayed here for a "Destination Wedding" trip. Entrance is nice. Hotel lobby beautiful, updated and clean. Rooms need some updating, tub old, but basically comfortable. Looking out over the balconies, you notice weathered, disheveled mess on roofs below in front of building and beach side. The pool area is old, needs updating and new patio furniture. Also, not enough chaise...

I stayed at the weekend with my husband. The room is big, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is very large compared to other hotels in other bathrooms. The front desk employees are friendly, courteous, respectful and try to find any solution to any problem. The restaurant prices are very reasonable. They offer buffets to the delight of the host. The...

We started our week at Rincón of the Seas and where a bit disappointed by the facilities. The first room that was given to us had the AC broken so we figuered that the humidity in the room was due to this. The staff was more than helpful to give us another room, but to our disappointment this room was...
