This was the best trip ever! It was supposed to be the after our wedding celebration with friends and family and tienes out to be a family vacation due to Covid! What can I say... Tres Palmas Villa was AMAZING! From the gorgeous views to the intricate wood design throughout the house! It was homey and the master bedroom bed and hammock were just phenomenal! So relaxing and breathtaking! We had a wonderful time and definitely want to make this an annual trip. The Pool and hammocks were the favorite hangout spot! Although we ventured out into town and did a couple of excursions there was literally NO NEED to leave except to stock up for food and alcohol! You will not be disappointed! Quick responses on any questions we had !!

Just returned. Our company rented out the entire property (5 houses) for our annual sales meeting. Wonderful houses and facilities. The rooms were well kept, beds were comfortable, TV's and bathrooms worked great. Great internet service, which was needed for our meetings. Water pressure in showers wasn't very good, but other than that the facility is terrific.

I had the pleasure of spending my honeymoon on this property for 7 days during the first week of December 2019. It was one of the best vacations of my life. I could hear the ocean crashing at night, the coquis calling in the evening. I stayed at the Cottage House, it is so beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. One of my favorite moments of my trip was to be able to swim in the pool, and see the view of the ocean. I highly recommend staying at this property, and I plan that whenever, I visit this part of the island I will stay there. Also, they are very LGBTQ friendly. The facility was also very clean.

We planned to have our wedding there due to the location being our perfect vibe and feeling like home (we're originally from the metro area in PR but moved to CA) and the price was great. However since day one of them receiving our deposit, they were funky, absolutely not customer friendly whatsoever, it felt like once they got our money they would try to find reasons to not let us stay. First off, during the time of our prep in dec/2021 Omicron was beginning to spread a lot causing the entire island and even states in the US to be unable to provide lab tests during that time, in PR they were accepting home/portable tests to do on the spot however to make things extra difficult 2 days before the wedding Nancy wouldn't accept them (even though at our hotel for our honeymoon they did). However, I didnt take this personal because the Department of Tourism does say lab tests are required, so we got another official test done no problem. Then the

My wife and I celebrated our wedding at Tres Palmas with 28 of our friends!!! We rented the entire property and it was simply magical. Everyone was blown away by the views and the spacious 4 acre estate. The staff was amazing! So grateful for our time at Tres Palmas. Truly the best trip of my life!

We stayed in Rincon for 4 nights. The first two nights was book through booking.com, and the other two through Airbnb. Then it turned out to be the same property, which was tres palmas inn and Villas.
Through Booking.com we were charged 15% resort fee, which didn’t show up until check out, so it made us paying much more than we expected. This place has multiple properties, and you won’t know where you are going to stay until they tell you, which would be upon arrival. We kinda had the impression that we were going to stay at their main property, the 3-story villa with pool facing the sea. But we ended up staying at the Coconut house, which still has a nice pool, but it is shared with some other properties and it is on the side that only gets a glimpse of the sea. The coconut house is a loft, bedroom on top, living room, kitchen, dining area and bathroom at the group floor. It’s good a place to stay for ppl want to cook for themselves, but we came to experience local food, so it wasn’t of much use for us. And it was a hustle to climb up and down, the steps are pretty steep.
Then we switched to the place we booked on Airbnb, it is called Hacienda Ensenada in Tres Palmas Inn and Villa. It is a relatively separated complex of Tres Palmas, with 3 rooms and a private pool facing the ocean. We got one of the room on the side, it’s a private room with bathroom, no kitchen, only coffee maker and a small fridge, but it’s good enough for us. And you can even listen to the sea waves! The downside was, you are going to share the pool and outside seats with others and ppl entering the property would pass by your room and may make some noise. But this was not a not a problem for us, there was a family staying at the middle main house, they were really nice ppl, and even offered us food(BBQ stove is available) when they were making their lunch. We like this place much better than the previous Coconut house and we paid ~1/3 less, no resort fee(only some cleaning fee like most Airbnbs, even though they turned out to be the same property).

Found the place to be very inviting. Right across from the ocean. Very clean very comforting. Also included a nice breakfast and hot coffee and juice. Also had bicycles for rent kayaks and various other amenities. Also had a hot tub on the second balcony overlooking the ocean. Good price good hospitality and not far from the airport or the cruise line. I always recommend good places.

We rented the main house at Tres Palmas and our experience was unbelievable😊 we had 7 teenagers and my parents and everyone enjoyed every minute. The house was beautiful and was perfectly located between Marina Beach and Steps. The rooms were spacious and my husband and I were lucky enough to claim the top room with spectacular views! We had a bbq with friends also staying in Rincon for the week and the pool and the grounds were the perfect setting.
As a frequent traveler to Rincon-I highly recommend a stay at Tres Palmas-you won’t regret it!

We planned our wedding from Rhode Island to be held at Tres Palmas Villas and Inn. It was perfect!! We reserved the whole property so our closest family and friends would be able to stay. We had all six houses. It became a fun community feeling very quickly! We loved every moment!! The wedding was perfect! With the help of Rincon Events every detail was exactly what we hoped for!

The place is perfect for a wedding! However, I dontknow how much it might cost. But certainly the place is beautiful and should accomodate all your invites. You should give them a call!
