One of the worst hotels or resorts whatever that I had stayed. The fooding was really worst, even I had been facing stomach ace due to their low quality food. Staffs are not so professional in respect of price point. And the policy made to refunding is very impractical.Overall it's not a good place to stay. Thank you.

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for sharing your feedback on Trip Advisor. We're concerned about your review, especially as we're unable to verify your stay with us at Bon Polashi Eco Hut or Camp due to the lack of clear identification details. In terms of staff professionalism and pricing, we ensure all costs are transparently communicated during booking and are clearly outlined in our room menu cards. We regret any misunderstanding regarding this policy and are always open to clarifying any doubts. We understand that every guest's experience is unique, and we strive to make all stays comfortable and memorable. We conduct daily checks with our guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns immediately. A very nice place, tucked away in nature. Serene, quiet and just off the huge lake of Muruguma dam. Very courteous staff who always seem to go the extra distance to accommodate your needs. Lakkhan and Manorojan deserve special mention for their efforts. We stayed in a tent. The tent was really huge ,with a double bed, attached toilet and with a split ac, even though during this time of the year, we didn't need it. The evening bonfire with barbecue, under the star filled night sky, was truly a highlight of our trip. Watching the sunset over Muruguma lake was another. Food was good and tasty, but not anything fancy, which was quite understandable. Definitely worth a visit.

Stayed in this resort for 2 nights with friends in first week of December. We were a group of 10 people. It was a wonderful experience , everything right from our tent, washroom, food and service was beyond our expectations. They also organised Chou dance and a picnic inside forest. All the arrangements are simply excellent. Thanks bonpalashi for making our stay so memorable.

A lovely resort, set in a beautiful location. The setting is very relaxing with the beautiful muruguma dam and the beautiful water catchment area within walking distance. Staff : All the resort staff are very attentive and friendly. They help you out with your requests all the time and are very approachable. Food : The in-house food is delicious and has great variety. You can truly taste the local food if you want to otherwise they make universal items too. You can choose what you want and kitchen staff take great care to cater to your food needs. Do ask for the black spicy tea and be ready for a surprise. Bedding and Rooms : The bedding and other amenities are really top notch and it just felt like home. The mattress, pillow and bedsheets are so comfy and clean. I got the standard rooms as the tents were not available but I did check out the tents. They are fantastic and would like to book the tents next time. Bathroom/ Toilet : The attached bathroom/toilet has a geyser if you need warm water. The resort does provide you with really good towels, handmade soaps, etc. Apart from this, the lawn and the resort is managed very well with great lawn and colorful flowering plants and trees. You can ask for day tour options provided by them. If I am in Purulia and the surrounding region again, I would definitely book this place.

Good- 1) Food quality was exceptionally good. 2) Tents were very nice and clean with all possible amenities 3) The Manager himself went to pick up one of my friend at the railway station which was quite far away 4) Location was very beautiful 5) overall vibe was calm and peaceful 6) All the staff members were very polite and cooperative ( specially Rupesh) Could have been better - 1) water flow in the bathroom was not good enough 2) tents were little costly

The room , atmosphere, ambience all are good but they really need to work on their cooking and food quality, all though their food quantity is superb... But when you are on vacation your tummy needs the taste too...😊 The staffs are very very helpful, I suggest them to get a lady cook then everything will be sorted 😁😁

We stayed at three, beaded AC room. Room was spacious and clean. Food was homely and sumptuous. Staffs were courteous . Ambience of resort was good. Only con was that there was no accommodation for driver. Authority should take care of that.
