People who are into smoking cigarrettes while eating frozen organic mousse will love this place. It's also a great place for generic yoga music and all-day wearing of pijamas.
When we checked in, we were told by the staff (new yorkers, of course): "really, $25...More

There are 5 reviews here (emperor has no clothes, what a disappointment, Unsettling, Fake Yogis, Terrible service by the Swami) that are the result of threats and accusations made to our reception. In truth Playa Koralia was not the place for this group, who would...More
I stayed here with my wife almost ten days and it was just unforgettable! Normally i am not the kind of person whose directly enthusiastic - they call me a critic man- but just from of the first second we left the principal way up...More
I had an amazing, amazing time at Koralia! I traveled with a group of about 10 friends in our late twenties and we had a blast, but this might not be the resort for everyone. Koralia is pretty isolated which is awesome - there is...More

Thank you so much for the lovely review. We are so happy that you had a true vacation. Somethine everyone deserves, but not always gets!
This place has a cultish feel. The center of the cult is an oversized Swami and his lieutenant: a lady named Patricia with a full-on NY attitude. If you like faux yogis and yanni music, this is the place for you. Otherwise, you may want...More

Chris, first off most important- no Swami and no Yanni here. Not now, not ever ... as I write this, we are listening to the Arcade Fire :)
Do to your obvious anger in this review, it appears that some things were not fully understood....More
The natural beauty of the land where Koralia is planted needs no help in selling itself. Koralia, however, has been developed to enhance that natural beauty through its beautiful bungalow designs and layout. There is an immense sense of connection and respect for nature and...More

We've just travelled with our 6 years old kid and stayed for a whole week. He just loved it, to the point of crying when we left. Of course, there are two most important considerations: the sea is very wild. This hotel is located between two wildlife and forest protected areas, unique in the world. The trully enchantment of this sea is that is in fact wild, and of course only allowed for expert swimmers. Kids can play with superficial waves over the sand, and trully enjoy the experience of an absolutely wild and beautiful sea, but of course: with constant parent surveillance!! The food is delicious, but it is in fact a rather limited menu for those kids not so curious about food. The hotel also do not offer many options of snacks between main meals. So, if you decide to bring your kids, it's wise to stop in the town market, just over the road, and buy some snacks, cereal, powder milk, insect repellent (don't worry: very few mosquitos) etc. If you have curious type children, about birds, lizards, insects, and wildlife, they'll just love it!! The hotel is more the couple oriented type, but kids can really love the experience if they love nature.
