Stayed here back in March whilst visiting Belrose on a business trip. Rooms are a little bit dark but very clean. Staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is continental but suited me fine. Has an ace coffee machine. Would be great if their gym was open.

Stayed in Terrey Hills for a wedding function and Checkers was a convenient location. Buildings are old but refurbished. The rooms are completely renovated. The Deluxe Suite (Queen bed) was large, modern, spacious and clean. I only needed a room for the night, and for that it was perfect. The fresh food market next door has a cafe which made...

I stayed her for one night in March for a business trip. The room I was given was so dark, I had to turn every light and lamp on to be able to see anything. The room was fairly clean, bed comfy and bathroom had a great double shower - but the whole place has a very tired and run...

Dear Melissa, Thank you for your honest feedback and I am sorry that your stay with us was not up to expectations set on the website. Although, it is comforting to hear our Miramare Boutique accommodation and Sandstone Cafe was more towards your liking, we pride ourselves on our customer service and cleanliness. We spent a night at Checkers in an emergency a few nights ago but when we went to book in had difficulty finding it as we were given the impression that it was in St Ives and our Garmin could not find 331 Mona Vale Rd, St Ives. After a frustrating hour we rang the resort to say we couldn't...

I stayed in the deluxe room, it was roomy with two queen beds, beds were comfortable with clean crisp good quality sheets and pillows. The room was nice and clean, bathroom roomy, bath although shorter was very deep, water hot and plentiful. The price was very reasonable. Would stay there again. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Their were noisy...

We only needed a bed and bathroom for a few nights and this hotel was fine for what we wanted. The room was quite spacious and both that and the bathroom facilities were clean. I can see why one familty was disappointed, expecting a "resort" type hotel, which this is definitely not. There are tennis courts but the outdoor swimming...

Love it clean and well care for and the room as nice and big for Sydney, close to the beaches so not far to drive, it had a beautiful pool spa and sauna, the only thing was it was a double bed but other than that very nice and cheap compare to other places around, had breakfast at flower power...

We had a great room with excellent service. I was reluctant to stay here after reading a few bad reviews but glad I did. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Not sure about it being a resort but it does offer pool, tennis, sauna and a bar. The only thing I could fault was I thought a restaurant was attached but...
