Family of 6 (parents and 4 kids) stay here exclusively on Canberra family trips. 7 min into town to Woolworths at Dickson for supplies. Tradies Club there too a good meal. Park Villas are definitely only 3 star accomodation, but the time saving and the benefits of 2 loos and 2 showers with a larger family can not be quibbled... More

We stayed in a family cabin for 2 nights, and though it was a bit tired and dated on the inside, it served our needs well. It's an easy 10 minute drive into the centre of the ACT. Visitors be aware, this resort is used by school groups who are touring the Canberra sites.

Thank you for your review and we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay. Yes we do play host to school groups through the year that come from all over Australia to enjoy the "Canberra experience". They are always very well supervised 24/7 and extremely well behaved. We have strict standards of behaviour and curfews in place that are rigorously... More

We stayed Corella, 3 bedder It was very small/congested. Power outage on the night we arrived and no one in reception for information. Such a big holiday should have generators in cases like this. The cabins were cold and not comfortable at all. Its outside of Canberra about 20 mins drive from Canberra city.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We did have a power failure in the whole region between 7:20pm and 9:40pm however this was clearly beyond our control. A notice was posted at reception advising guests of the unplanned power interruption. Like most hotels, motels, holiday parks, shopping centres and commercial... More

We had a cabin which was roomy. However the couch was ancient and very dirty. The outdoor facility needs some work. It is past its use by date. There was a wifi "hot spot" which was in an outdoor area.

Thank you for your review. We are in the middle of a refurbishment program that has unfortunately been significantly delayed by Canberra's unseasonable and record rainfall this winter. We hope next time you come we might have completed our refurbishment program. The WiFi is on our lake deck area which again is scheduled to be enclosed as part of our... More

Stayed for 5 nights. Park is only a few minutes from the NSW/ACT border, so it was very handy for all the tourist spots. Easy access off the Federal Highway, but far enough to not be too noisy. Two Amenities blocks which were cleaned every day. A little tired, but clean. One block only had one washing machine working and... More

Thank you for review, we really do appreciate your kind words and the level of detail you have given for other travellers. Notwithstanding all our guests are welcomed to utilise the deck area over the lake at anytime for... More

Thank you for your review and we are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. The Park Cabins are our oldest and most affordable cabins at $90 per night and we do realise that they are dated.
