Cuenca a wonder.... never I've seen such a beautiful place. This Parador is unique an fantastic. From our room we had this unbelievable view to this Hanging houses. Walking over this bridge an reaching the historic center of Cuenca had been an unforgatable experience.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were very impressed with this Parador. It is in a lovely setting overlooking the gorge. The only downside was being shunted into a side room for dinner one evening due to a wedding. The room was freezing cold, one waitress only and the food chilled quickly. Apart from this we enjoyed our stay.

Great view from the hotel, the foot bridge to the old centre is wonderful. Comfortable room with big bathroom, 2 sinks and a tub. Buffet breakfast in a big room, fried eggs available. Courtyard and spacious corridors. Suggest you eat supper in town.

Ruben at reception set the tone for wonderful personal service. This Parador juxtaposes the building's well-preserved history with great modern art on the walls throughout. Our room (#206 - see photos) was quiet, had an amazing view, and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was bountiful, and we enjoyed our mid-day meal from the Bar - which we could eat at...

Nice hotel. Disappointing that the pool was closed and no mention on the web site. Could me more choice at breakfast and dinner and the second night the dinner was not that good but is quite expensive compared to other hotels in the area. Hotel is in a great location, clean, spacious, good bedrooms. Nice place to stay

For the 3th time in the Parador of Cuenca, and it was good again. The only problem is that the menu of different Paradores show the same main courses. During a holiday of 16 day's visiting different Paradores, the choices for diner are limited.

Our room was very nice. We were very comfortable. The hotel is away from the town but, if you've got the nerve for heights it's a 5 minute stroll across the footbridge which spans the gorge. Otherwise the road takes you down the hill then up the other side. As a bonus you get to work off the calories! As...

Stayed here for 2 nights on motorbike tour of Spain. Last minute booking during fiesta got us a standard room , which was fine, although at the back with a view of a yard! Spectacular building, in a great location. Restaurant was Ok. Typical parador fare- The first course was a meal in itself and a bit of a struggle...

This tastefully converted monastery is a gem of a building. The public areas are quite beautiful and the lounge areas in the old cloisters are a lovely place to enjoy a drink before dinner; or on the cloister's terrace if you prefer. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our (superior) room had a wonderful view overlooking the town the...

Stayed at this Parador for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We took a day to drive from the Parador de Siguenza enjoying some wonderful scenery enroute, especially La Ciudad Encantada. A little tricky to find, we were greeted warmly on arrival, checked-in efficiently and escorted to our rooms. Although parking is limited we were also assisted in finding...
