Loved this hotel! Our room had a good view of a mountain and the roof tops around us. The room was plenty warm, and had a unit for heat/air if needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and roomy. The included breakfast was great with several options, including tortilla. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was...

Whilst we enjoyed our stay, I wish we had been able to book the Parador. Parking is 100m up a steep cobbled street, and wheeling luggage back to the hotel is difficult. Additionally, we were given one of only two rooms on the second floor and had to manhandle our cases down two lots of stairs from the lift -...

An old convent with all the modern conveniences. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English. The room was very comfortable - slept like I was in my own bed. The bathroom beautiful and functional. The breakfast included typical Spanish fare, but the choices were vast and tasty with Nespresso coffee. Easy walk to the cathedral, bridge, and other...

The hotel would have received 5 stars had it had a restaurant. This apart, the hotel was superb. The bedroom was spacious and full of character. The staff were great and the breakfast was very good, offering both hot and cold food. As with many Spanish hotels independently run, the value was fantastic. I thoroughly recommend this hotel. The hotel...

We arrived and were treated so well. Our room was non smoking but when we entered it was obvious the last traveler had smoked. The hotel apologized and had a new key in our hands immediately. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was sumptuous. The Wi-Fi was easy and fast. The location is perfect for all of the...

This hotel is in the heart of historical Cuenca, a world heritage site. It is itself a historical building. My room was charming, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to walk to see the major sites. There are very charming resraurants and small shops within walking distance of the hotel. I travelled to Cuenca...

After tracking down the hotel just after Plaza Mayor, I parked at San Pedro car park which was just a little bit further up the hill - 15€ a day special offer with the hotel. The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring the old town and you can really get lost in all the side streets trying to...

Went for 2 days for our 45th wedding anniversary Easy to find using sat nav, signposted in Plaza Major just down the road. Hotel is in a good location, parked the car for 2 days in a covered car park just up the road from hotel entrance at a reduced rate from the hotel of €30. Didn't move it until...

The location of this Hotel is excellent - right in the middle of the old city of Cuenca. We parked the car (additional cost) & walked everywhere to see the fabulous sights that the old part of this city has to offer. (Avoid the new parts of the city) The room that we were initially allocated was in the attic...

Charming situation and public rooms nice. Great staff also, but it stops there! Room nicely furnished, but broken tiles, malfunctioning heater, room like a furnace requiring windows left open all night to cool down. The much vaunted breakfast had a great cold buffet but the hot food was a huge let down. Bacon under cooked and cold, eggs over cooked and and cold and a...
