It is a rather stylish place and a little oldfashioned. Staff helpful and profesional. The room was very good, and the bathroom was spacious. Wi-fi and aircondition ok. You have all the main sights within walking distance.

Excellent location and a very efficient service from the staff here especially on arrival/departure. One important observation, our room on the top(4th) floor was an attic room with no view at all. The roof sloped down at a dangerous height over the one side of the bed. Very difficult to gain fresh air despite very effective and impressive electric devices...

This hotel is difficult to find - and the underground garage even more so! Once found, it is however well placed for shops and restaurants. The room was adequate if a little on the small side. Breakfast was not great; due to the absence of a staff member, the hot option was not on offer until we had been in...

I booked a double or twin room for 3 nights including breakfast and prepaid. We arrived by train to Zamora and got a taxi to the hotel for €7 There are 7 or so steps upto reception, but there is one of those gadgets to transport people up to the level, if required. We were allocated Room 404. Our room...

A really nice family style hotel. Not showy but comfortable and a lovely Art Deco guest lounge. Great for the market and walking distance to all the old town sites. Parking available but ask for details as to how to access it in advance as it is a bit tricky.

Go into town and turn right at sign for mercado de abestados - hotel is on square. Parking is round the back of the hotel and a bit of a test for driving skills. The hotel is possibly one of the most characteristic buildings in Zamora. Decidedly erring on the Art Deco side, interior decor was absolutely outstanding and original, particularly the stairwells and corridors. Service was very professional and cordial, the man at reception was very efficient throughout our stay. The negative was cleanliness in the bedroom. The floor was seriously dirty...the carpet...
