I'm not going to sit here and say that this is a 5 star hotel because clearly, it isn't! However, this was a little gem in the mix of El'Arenal - perfect for what we were looking for. After a slightly rocky start i.e. A mixup with the booking (only 1 out of 3 rooms booked). The effort they went...

TBH if it was not for the food I would have given this hotel 2/5. Romana on the reception seemed to pass you on to the pm reception staff who in turn were so clueless that I would say work your issues out for yourself! The self styled dictator in the restaurant, heaven forbid you should accidentally drop or spill...

I had phoned this hotel yesterday to ask for assistance with rearranging the booking name for my upcoming holiday to here on the 22nd. After waiting a while for pick up, A woman answered the phone, in Spanish. I politely repeated my question in English for her then to say, "phone back in one hour" then slam the phone down,...

Me and my girlfriend have visited Hotel Alea previous summer for approximately 10 nights. The hotel is around 10 minutes of walk from the nearest beach, so if you travel with little children, be aware of that. There is no shuttle bus which can bring you to the beach so you need to walk there :). El Arenal is well...

Way too small! Disappointed in this hotel so much. We went to a few hotels in this area and this was rubbish. The pool is so small and nowhere near enough room for everyone to have a place by the pool. So we went to the beach everyday. The food was horrid. Like most of the hotels I've been to...

The hotel is fine, clean and okay for its price. Food is fine too. However the eating place is really too hot, it makes you want to eat fast and leave which is not nice when you are on holidays. I had read from other people it was really hot in July at heat peak but what is the excuse...
