Due to our booked hotel having over booking issues we were told to go to the Torre azul for one night, when we checked in the man on reception gave us the keys and off we went to our room, room and food was okay and we didn't use any other facilities due to the shortness of our stay, all...

On arrival we noticed immediatly a strong smell of chlorine and found the lobby very humid and unpleasant. Our room had a strong smell of sewers which when complained was finally resolved several days later. The air condition was only working moderately. On the first day we were told by the cleaning lady who despite the "do not disturb" sign...

Walking into the lobby, directly there is a strong smell of chlorine. There are worse smells for a hotel, and at least it smells clean, which is more than could be said for the room. The room was standard sizing, with balcony, but it absolutely stank of sewage. There was also no way of cooling the room as the air...

We put into this hotel as the one way were supposed be in was closed. We arrived here eventually which were happy to get into a hotel. The food in this hotel was really good plenty of choices there is a hot grill in the evenings. The rooms are clean and fresh bedding and towels everyday. There is little entertainment...

The hotel Location is just up the hill from el Arenal strip, nice walk down but I would say the area around it definitely more locals than touristy. The hotel is attached to a pre-school so very noisy around the pool. Sort of defeats the object of an adults only hotel. In April the resort was very quiet so there...

We stayed here for 4 nights and 5 full days on a special offer so didn't expect too much. But we were pleasantly surprised as everything was beyond our expectations. The friendly staff, the nice sea view bedroom with balcony and good selection of breakfast and evening meal were all good. Lots of comfortable lounges and a wonderful spa was...

The hotel was part of a package provided by Broadway Travel. The hotel was clean and the staff welcoming. The buffet breakfast and dinner had lots of choice, both international and local. it was well presented and well cooked, including a chef to cook omelettes, pasta, grills etc to order. The small spa was pleasant and relaxing. Services available included...

Was really surprised by this place. Didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. We were on 10 th floor overlooking the sea and the view was amazing. The breakfast was excellent. Although we were half board we only used this once and I must say thank god as would never...

Myself and my boyfriend booked this hotel for 4 nights mid-April as part of a package deal so we didn't really know what to expect. With this hotel you get what you pay for essentially; there are good and bad aspects. Location of the hotel was the best quality in our opinion. The hotel is situated just 5 minute walk...
