Our first problem upon arriving was that there was a mistake with our booking. I paid for All Inclusive, but Reception had us down as "Room Only". They were no use helping to sort it out, only offering to upgrade us...More
We stayed half term week. We were a bit disappointed with the room when we arrived the first evening. As previously said, the rooms are very tired but the hotel is closing for a refurb, so should be much bettter after that.
