This was our second visit, and in fact the first time we have ever been back to the same hotel twice. It was another excellent holiday. We strongly recommend the Auenhof. We stayed for a week during half term school holidays. This time we were in a more traditional room. It was nice, though not as "wow" as the newly... More

We selected this hotel for the services it offered as my wife was unable to ski due to an injury she was recovering from Due to a delay in our flight we didn't arrive until 10pm yet they still provided us with a luxurious meal and also helped us with our luggage and parked our car. During our stay my... More

Myself and my wife stayed with friends at this charming hotel. We have over the years stayed at many hotels in various ski resorts in the Alps. However none have come close to the wonderful experience which we had at the Auenhof. It was quite simply a superb stay and I can see why so many return year after year.... More

Where on earth do I start?! We travelled with 2 very good friends with whom we have been skiing for the last few years at other resorts in Austria. This was our first trip to Lech which is a lovely resort, stylish & pretty expensive if you would like to visit the various high end stores filled with beautiful clothes... More

We celebrated our anniversary at this gorgeous hotel last February. The setting is magical, overlooking the Omesberg plateau, the gentle sounds of the little river below, the sound of people cross country skiing their way into the forest leading to Zug and the view of the mountains, all super. We stayed in the renovated wing and loved the rooms, plenty... More

We had a one week stay at the auenhof in January with our 4 year old twins. We will definitely be coming back next year - we had a wonderful holiday. We stayed in one of the newly decorated rooms - modern and stylish. Two bedrooms - the kids had bunk beds and a large lounge. Very conveniently located for... More

We have been coming to Lech in ski season for more than 30 years, mostly to the same hotel. This year was last minute and by chance we arrived on the Auenhof - and what a lucky chance. It is well situated, has very nice rooms, and excellent spa/sauna facilities which is "just normal." But what wonderful welcoming people, from... More

We stay at the Auenhof every year. They have a lot of repeat custom (always a good sign) and the staff are great. The food is excellent - breakfast buffet hot and cold, plus a la carte to order as you please; afternoon tea and superb 5 course dinners - just the thing after a day in the mountains. The... More

We had the pleasure of staying 7 nights at the Auenhof. It was our first time in Lech and in the Auenhof and both were an excellent choice feeling at home away from home. Our room was very specious and in a very good condition. The bathrooms felt like We were the first to use it. The spa was a... More

Lovely hotel, lovely food, pretty village, good skiing, very relaxing - going back for the third time! There is a wonderful atmosphere which you need after skiing. The ski shop is nearby and the slops were good.

“A room with river or side view. the rooms in the new extension are super. The (few) single rooms seem to be the ones on the road side of the hotel and would be more noisy.. For two friends the family junior suite rooms are spacious with room for all your ski kit!”
