Check in was very good, but that was the only good part of it, carry the luggage up from the car park and then up to the third floor, all this for one night, the room looked like a cheap motel room, holes in the carpet, paint coming off in the bathroom, cheap fittings and this was supposed to be resort style, just a waste of a lot of money expecting a resort style room, just bad and then read that if you are there for a period of time that the rooms are not even serviced and go buy your toilet paper when you have used it and to make matters worse they charge you $50 if you don’t take your rubbish out. So rubbish room, rubbish service, my advice don’t bother as what they are charging is definitely not worth it.

Some negative surprises as we were expecting and we found a residence with no one there at 3pm as was a festive day. I had to call with my international phone in roaming a local number, to receive explanation on how to collect keys and key stuff. Would have been much easier to send an email with the codes for the locker and all ithee key info. On the positive side the apartment was new, well renovated and able to accommodate the 5 of is. Also nice kitchen we did not use. Has a big parking, close to the room.

Great apartment and easy to access. Car parking , swimming pool. The great communication from owner. The apartment had everything you need to make it comfortable. The Noosa restaurants cafe etc are just minutes away by foot and there is plenty of great food experiences close by.

Jim the hotel manager was fantastic. Pool, spa, sauna, table tennis, pool table was everything that a family needs for a holiday. Some older apartments and some newer ones. We had 116 which was a lovely new, modern apartment with a great view.

This is NOT a resort Probably the worst place I have ever stayed! $300 per night! Appalling 1. Very dated room, sofas have no stuffing, sat on wood 2. Toilets falling off the walls 3. Kitchen doors hanging off 4. V uncomfortable double bed 5. 4 x flights of stairs with suitcases 6, complained about room; told “nothing we can do, it’s up to the owner of that particular apartment” 7. No pool towels 8. No resort facilities

The staff were helpful. The rooms were clean. The location was good. The security lighting at night was SO bright shining through the bedroom windows I could read a book with out turning on a light. This was the only fault I could find.

‘We’ have stayed at Noosa International many times over the years and are sad to say that the once great service we enjoyed has rapidly declined and this is due to the rude and quite frankly, degrading nature of the staff at front desk. Bullies. They have turned us and our friends away from ever staying there again. The low reviews they receive is a true reflection of their disgraceful service. I chose to ignore the feedback from the angry residents that live there the last time we stayed, however they are spot on. Thankfully, Noosa has abundance of better places to stay, so my advice is to pay a little more and stay somewhere more respectful and professional as this place is a joke.

Hi Scott and thanks for posting your review. I am always prompted to ask "what happened", especially when you have obviously gone to a lot of trouble in joining up to TripAdvisor just to post your first ever review about us. If you would like to contact me personally I am more than happy to either speak with you or respond to a more expanded email, but as it stands I am not really sure what has hapenned, whom you're talking about or whom you have spoken to. Kind regards. Melissa Daniels - Manager

We stayed in a studio room for 2 nights and it was ample for what we needed. The hotel is a bit dated but the staff are friendly and there is a lovely large pool, with sauna, gym and games room. Location is excellent, walking distance to Noosa Junction and Hastings St. The studio room is small which is why it’s not recommended for longer stays. We would definitely consider returning to this hotel and staying in one of the apartments for a longer stay. It’s quiet at night and bed was comfy. Good water pressure in shower.

Hi EatPrayLove123 and thanks so much for taking the time to post your review - we sincerely appreciate it! The Studios are definitely only for shorter stays but obviously met your needs for just a short stay. We're fortunate in our location - the best of everything - close to both Hastings Street and The Junction without the traffic mayhem. We hope that we see you again when next you visit Noosa. Cheers Melissa & Marcus Daniels & the Team @ Noosa International Resort

We arrived in Noosa on Easter Sunday. Weary from travelling since 3am we arrived at our other accommodation which unfortunately was awful. I was so upset. In desperation I googled alternatives. I saw Noosa International Resort had limited vacancies so I immediately went there to see them. Immense gratitude to Marcus and Melissa for their friendly and helpful service, and their ability to squeeze my family in to the resort during what would be one of their busiest times of the year. We had to room-hop so experienced a few rooms during our stay. All rooms were clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The pools were great for the kids too. Thanks also to Sandra, Sue and team. Next time we visit Noosa we would definitely stay here. Highly recommended.

We stayed at very short notice and the staff were exception in accommodating us a family of 3 with a 2 yr old. They changed around units so we could have a bed for our 2 yr old instead of a bunk bed. They held my medication for the day before we checked in as it required refrigeration. They even help us out with a forgotten phone. Absolutely lovely to work with. Accommodation was comfortable. It a renovated 80s build but heaps of space for the 2yrold to run a round. We would recommend if you are looking for an affordable and comfortable stay at Noosa.
