An amazing stay! When we stepped into the Guest House, we were immediately welcomed by 3000++ cameras and stunning oil paintings on the wall. The manager were very friendly towards us and assisted us whenever we required help. The boss even helped us to park our car in the backyard as we were struggling hard with the parking. Thank you...

We had a fantastic overnight family stay here on our visit to the southwest. Kathy was a wonderful host and instantly made us feel comfortable in the space. We had Room #4 which easily accommodated our family of 4, with a private bathroom right outside the door to the room. The Guest House is in a beautiful heritage building which...

Real interesting place, must see inside. Oil paintings are stunning and adding the history completes the picture. Very well positioned in town centre with great views over the bay. Sarin went the extra mile to meet our special requests, an excellent host. Breakfast was delicious and his recommendation for a nice curry place spot on.

We spent 2 nights in a room with a private (not on suite) bathroom. Apology to Sarin for the rating, Sarin the manager as described by several other contributors is a smashing chap. He cannot do enough for you, from taking your bags to the room, fixing breakfast, offering you a cup of tea while you sit in the dining...

A very interesting and unusual place, 5 rooms upstairs in a former bank building and outstanding value for money providing you are willing to accept this is an older property. We stayed in one of the 2 rooms that shared a bathroom. The room was small and quite frankly overfilled with furniture. A bit more thought to the layout and...

I really don't know why this place gets good reviews, unless it's because of the wonderful Cambodian manager, who is an absolute gem. Nothing is too much trouble for him, he's cheerful and helpful, a real treasure for the owners - I hope they value him. But the hotel - inside it's ratty - cramped, crowded with cameras, very few...

This guest house is such an enjoyable place to stay. The owners and staff are excellent at making your stay the best it possibly could be. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the DVD library is excellent for those rainy afternoons and all recommendations for food and activities are spot-on. We loved this place so much we are back again and...

The complimentary bottle of wine, free access to port, a delicious cooked breakfast and some helpful tourist-related advice from the manager, Sarin, was only part of the appeal. The floor to ceiling artwork reproductions and the collection of old cameras gave a decidedly quirky flavour to the lovely old building. Its location near the UWA Albany campus and good restaurants...
