Welcome to reception was warm and helpful. We asked for a ground floor room (due to geriatric problems) and were kindly accommodated. The room was very good and comfortable, with every feature we needed (comfortable chairs, desk, good bed, good modern bathroom). The motel is centrally located, so we were able to walk around the town, and down to the...

We turned up without a booking and were just looking for overnight accommodation. Cheaper rooms are in the old Inn and more expensive rooms in newer motel rooms. We stayed in the 160 year old inn and the room was fully renovated with private ensuite. Very nice, although smallish room but quite suitable for our purposes. To our surprise the...

Should have written this review in July when we turned up to the comfort inn on a windy and rainy afternoon. We were greeted by the nicest man Stephen, who had a greet sense of humour and was so helpful in everyday! Our room upstairs was roomy and had a lovely view looking to the front of the property and...

The cottages were extremely comfortable, quiet, spacious, well appointed with spa and other amenities. The open fire was a special experience. The cottages are central to town and other attractions. The restaurant was closed when we stayed but has a good reputation.

On approaching this place which I found very easy to find, parked my car went to reception, was greeted by a nice lady, she told me all the things about the Motel, was shown my room, like small cottages, superior rooms, would tell anybody to book here, nice and clean, not S/c, although there is a kettle and cups also...

We stayed a couple of nights in Matilda Cottage. Two friends travelling together. It was a great base for seeing Port Fairy within walking distance of most of the town. The cottage was great with an outdoor table and chairs in a decent courtyard. Excellent facilities but they could do with a couple of colourful pictures on the walls. Friendly...

On arrival, you are stunned by the quaintness of Port Fairy and the Comfort Inn. This is a lovely quiet place to stay with a stunning bathroom and comfy bed. Close to eating areas also. We just had a basic standard room and we're happy with it!! Restaurant is available for dinner but we went out and breakfast can be...

Ideally situated in the town centre the rooms were large, quiet and very comfortable. All facilities provided were very good and I would definitely use this accommodation again. Bit hard to get a lather with the hard water.

Its in a very convenient location right at the end of the main street. The room (Queen Executive suite) itself was just so lovely and had a great feel about it. The room was a really good size and felt so modern. There was a spa bath which was a nice treat. Would definitely recommend people stay here

We stayed here for 1 night and it was great, we checked the prices on trip advisor and we saw that it was $110 a night, when we arrived we were told it was a very small room and the bigger room was better at $140. The Lady at reception suggested that we can look at the smaller room and...
