Great stay in Kurrara Historic Guest House. Nice rooms, feels as if you are back in time an age ago. Nice and central located historic house. Breakfast super. Owner very friendly and helpfull, opened breakfast even one hour earlier for us as we had to drop car in Sydney by noon.

We had a lovely time at Kurrara. I had mucked up the booking but Stephanie fixed our issue up in 2 minutes. Stephanie also welcomed us as we arrived. Our room was spotless and the bed/bedding was lovely. Breakfast was great too. Would I go back again? Absolutely.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kurrara. The breakfast arrangements led to quite convivial discussion with fellow guests. We really appreciated the old world atmosphere and charm of the place. We recommend it to other travellers.

Kurrara is charming, clean, comfortable, with pleasant hosts and a very nice breakfast spread. I liked that it's located in a quiet residential neighborhood, about midway between the Katoomba train station and the trail heads at Three Sisters.

Really could not fault it. Cosy, clean, good amenities. Great breakfast - everything you could want to start your day. Off street parking. Centrally located, however quiet & off the main road. Great host but not fussy and intimidating.

Room was finished with old world charm and all that we needed to make us comfortable. Ian & Evelyn have thoroughly maintained this property & it's clear they enjoy providing warm hospitality. The location is excellent, breakfast lovely and of an evening you can relax in one of two lounge areas.

The house is in a lovely peaceful street a short (10 minute) walk from town and has kept every bit of its early 20th century charm, The welcome on arrival was warm and friendly....
