Loved our stay. It was only an overnight stay and we did pay the extra to go upstairs..must say its not a cheap getaway package but my husband surprised me for my birthday and it was stunning. Loved the view form our gorgeous rooms. Loved the tranquility and position. Spa was luxurious and bed was lovely! Had the dinner package...

We went for Easter with the family and our overall impression is that the hotel is run down, service is terrible (only few good employees, but the rest young inexperience and useless), the famous restaurant darley is nothing special (only very expensive!!!) and breakfast is motel style....

Three days at Lilianfels is good opportunity to be exposed to its range of experiences. Step back and you'll see the self-proclaimed "luxury resort for gourmets" looks impressive and is in a breathtaking location, but unfortunately start to look closer and you'll to raise an eyebrow or two at their liberal use of the word luxury. Luxury is about service...

We stayed at the hotel over the Easter weekend - which maybe did not do the hotel complete justice. The hotel is well located for Echo Point and Scenic World and provides a chilled out base from which to explore the surrounding area - which was extremely busy. Front desk staff were especially helpful. We found the service in the...

We stayed for 3 nights in late April/early May. We had a Mt view room . Very large and good views of the Mts. Room was reasonable but showing it's age - chips in the basin and curtains looking tired. Generally looking a bit old. KS Bed was good but the TV wasn't facing the bed so you had to...

I stayed here with my husband for our wedding anniversary. It was stunning. The rooms are old fashioned in a modern way. Ours looked out on the gardens and had a beautiful marble bathroom. Service was really freindly without being snooty (like you can have in these type of places). We went to the spa for a couples massage and...

This was our 6th stay at Lilianfels over the last 20 years. It's like "coming home". A warm welcome and very nice service. Our room had stunning views over the valley and it is a 2 minute walk to the three sisters- a must see at sunset. Brekkie was delicious as was the food in the lounge. My only complaint...

The team at Lilianfels were warm and welcoming making my first experience a memorable one. Meals were delicious with Jess and her team providing great service and attention in both the bright sunny Orangery at breakfast and cosy Lounge at dinner. The spa angels at Escarpment Spa were also amazing. A wonderfully relaxing autumn retreat in beautiful surrounds.

Went to Blue Mountains for a family trip on a weekend. I would say that is the best resort in the BM. The hotel is a historical building with countryside decor and a lovely garden. The room is cute and big. Very quiet and enjoyable staying.
