Just spent 7 nights at Peppers Airlie Beach and it was amazing. The staff were a delight to deal with - nothing a problem. Good food in the restaurant. Great views and sea breezes. A great escape for us all. Room clean and tidy and comfortably big enough for 4 people. Would highly recommend and will be going back for...

I would recommend Peppers Airlie Beach for a restful stay except for the steep hill climb. You will need to get a taxi unless you manage to be returning at the time of the shuttle bus. Unforyunately, the last bus returning to Peppers is only 7pm.

We have just spent six days at Peppers and found it to be wonderfully relaxing. The apartments are all spotlessly clean, have the most amazing views and have all that you could need in them. The staff are what makes the stay so much more enjoyable, as they are helpful, friendly and take the time to remember you. It is...

The staff were super friendly and helpful on all occasions. The shuttle bus into town is a great idea and the driver was always happy to do more than one trip when there were too many people. We had an amazing stay. Thanks.

Our stay at the Peppers hotel was really nice. The employees are really friendly and helpful. Our appartement was really comfortable and clean with a beautiful view. The bed sheets were not changed every day which I think is really good: environment friendly. I have read several reviews where people criticised this but I personally do not know anyone who...

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your outstanding feedback of our property and for pointing out the benefits of the 'eco' rate and that many of us do not choose to change our bed sheets daily. As you have mentioned we have received several reviews where this has been an issue upon review. However, the non-serviceable 'eco' rate is...

Our bathrooms were not very clean when we arrived. There was hair in every bathroom. We had been enjoying our beautiful balcony / outdoor living when the last 3 nights we were confined indoors as other guests were smoking and our apartment was filling with cigarette smoke so we had to shut all windows and doors. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Wasn't value for money in my opinion, rooms not that luxurious or very clean. TV reception average and one in main bedroom not much bigger than an iPad. Breakfast was ok....but set up could be a lot better with the need to make multiple trips and people trying not to run into each other as well as understaffed so constantly...

We had a noise complaint when all we were doing is talking at 11pm on a Friday night. They also restricted us from using the dining and pool area due to a wedding that we were not made aware of I'm advance which was a great inconvenience

We had a bit of a mixed experience. First of all, we were meant to be booked in for two people for two nights but reception had us one person for one night. Then we had room service which was not hot and not enjoyable and the next morning our key didn't let us back into our room. But they...

A bit out of the way so would suggest renting a car to get maximum enjoyment. Excellent friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staff. Gorgeous pool overlooking the bay. Private apartments, could be better maintained and equiped in kitchen. Overall lovely stay.
