The accommodation, position of the hotel and wonderful customer service all contributed to a great say. We were given great advice on restaurants etc. Loved the location and the feel of the place. Will definitely stay again.

We booked online last room and all that ! What we didn't know we had a room outside the Hotel with a garden view. Bit of a stretch that. Not sure the standard of the inside rooms but the outside ones are not the rating that Trip Advisor gives Hotel. Paint finish and standard of bathroom etc only average. Quite...

Hi Ozzie, The Garden Studios at the rear of the main hotel building are our basic rooms, which offer comfortable accommodation in the heart of Palm Cove. Our Hotel Style rooms located inside the building offer similar sized rooms, but with a more spacious bathroom. Our one bedroom apartments have all been renovated in the past 12 months, and definitely...

We (husband and I) stayed here for four nights this week. It is a small boutique hotel, which is just lovely. John made us feel very welcome and was very helpful with any of our enquiries. The room on the ground floor that we had was very large and had a big screen TV. It was very clean with a...

You can't beat the location. It couldn't be more than 20 metres from the beach and in the middle of the Esplanade. High standard of cleanliness in the rooms and particularly the bathroom. The noise from the restaurant next door offered a slight distraction but overall would recommend. It's not luxury, but a good standard. I liked the free WiFi...

Have just spent 8 nights in this amazing small hotel. Stayed in both a mountain view and ocean view room and both were fantastic. It was raining when we arrived and the view of the mountain covered in clouds was beautiful. Both rooms had a balcony which was great for relaxing in. The rooms were very clean, beds were great...

We booked a studio room for 5 nights at $170 per night. The room was basic and really not value for money. Whilst the room was clean that's about where the positives ended. The bathroom was so tiny only one person could be on there at a time and I ran out of hot water every shower. The sink had...

Hi Addition6, Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. I am sorry that the Garden Studio did not met your expectations. The foliage from the central garden courtyard does offer privacy to the rooms, but this can vary from time to time. (sorry I do not know which room you were in) Of course the window on...

From first enquiry to check out the staff at the Sarayi are extremely helpful and professional, we stay with our big dog and they have dog friendly rooms, which allows him to stay inside with us. The rooms themselves are very clean and generously proportioned. This is our second stay and we enjoyed it as much as the first, the...

Our room had a view, the tent out front obstructed it though. We couldn't spend any time on the balcony anyway as the smell of cooking oil from the kitchen just below our room made us feel quite ill. Our room was clean, but noisy and we felt like we were staying above a pub, which it turns out we...

Hello Jumbles, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. This is the first time we have had any comments about the smell around the balcony, and we take the matter very seriously. I have already started investigating the issue in conjunction with the owner of the cafe below , where the smell would have been emanating from....
