A few things could be better... Room has TV aerial not connected. Phone to room service wasn't working until we informed staff. No sink, furniture outdated, chips on face of furniture, bar fridge no light, too much equal type sugar and no normal sugar,.. Kids running on wooden walk way on mornings. It

We've just had another fantastic stay at Peppers in Palm Cove. Amazing surrounds and pool, Peppers hi-std accommodation; ease of high quality restaurants on your doorstep; beach and water activities across the road, peaceful and tranquil environment, perfect for a family holiday.

Location is very good. Pool is wonderful especially for families but jacuzzi is freezing. The beach is not far away => you have to cross a very calm road to access. We had a 2 bedrooms suite. The room was very spacious and well equipped but it was located in a remote area of the hotel and no sign of...

This place never disappoints. Stefan and the team run a great property with superb service and a very friendly team. The food downstairs at the three restaurants is also really good with some of the best Calamari I've ever tasted at Bella Baci. The Spa is award winning and I had one of the best massages I've ever had there....

This was our second family holiday with two young children and it was wonderful! The staff, location and accommodation were great and the facilities were perfect for us. The pool gets a huge 10/10! The only challenge was breakfast..... The food is great but between the hours of 8am and 9.30am it can be a challenge to get seated. To...

I would highly recommend Peppers Palm Cove, especially if you have small children. The lagoon pool has to be one of the best I've seen, with enough room for kids to play in the sand and swim without being on top of each other. It was also wonderful to be able to easily supervise them from the sun loungers (of...

We recently spend 5 days at Peppers. It was a really great break. The hotel is well appointed and well run. The staff were great the breakfasts wonderful(although the smoked salmon only appeared on the weekend). The 5 course tasting menu delicious. We were lucky to have beautiful weather so relaxing around the wonderful pools was a great pastime.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pepper's Palm Cove. Our spa room was tastefully appointed and we were very pleased with the facilities available to us during our stay. We visited many years ago when the resort was under 'The Outrigger' group. It was lovely to discover that the resort was still just as nice as our memories served us....

We love coming back to Peppers Beach Club. It is a beautiful resort and the staff are friendly and very helpful. A special mention to Terry @ Breakfast and Pool bar, he was wonderful with the children. Breakfast selection did seem a little limited this visit, with 2 morning simply not to "Peppers" standard. Terrific location and facilities.

Fabulous location. Pool with own beach was so perfect that we did not go to the real beach at all for the whole week. Location is perfect being so close to Cairns but still only a short trip up to Port Douglas to do day trips, etc.
