Visited in late October 16 when it was starting to get pretty warm so opted for an Air Con Garden View Room which was quite basic but handy for a comfy nights sleep. The riverside rooms are much nicer but we spent the bulk of our time exploring gorges so the basic room was fine. We managed to visit three...

Great experience to visit a unique piece of Australia. El Questro Station is a reasonable price considering its remote location. Suggest 2 or 3 days to enable visit to Emma Gorge and Chamberlain cruise etc.

Not knowing anything about the place only going on a recommendation I was extremely pleasantly surprised. The 16km driveway was my first look at the place, traveling up a gravel road and driving through a couple of small patched of mud, then two river crossings. It was a lot of fun! Being a novice 4wd owner I was wrapped! We...

We stayed in Crocodile 3 cabin. It was a cabin with a queen, a single and a bunk. The cabin was very good for where we were in such a remote beautiful part of the world, but the mattresses were terribly uncomfortable and squeaky. Staff were great and Tom Carstens the young ranger was the most hospitable and helpful person...

Great stay, very relaxing, beautiful gardens and waterholes, lots of friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. It's a little expensive but worth the money. Can highly recommend the Zebedee Springs, El Questro Gorge and Emma Gorge Walks and swimming in the Pentecost River near the camp grounds.

Dear Bill, Thank you for being one of our firsts guests for 2017, our 25th Anniversary year. I am so pleased you enjoyed the property and all that we had to offer. Immediately after the wet season is definitely one o the best times to visit. We hope that you get back this way again. Best regards, Lori

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in october 16. The scenery is stunning and we really enjoyed the hikes in the gorges and some of the swimming spot. The station itself is fine. Staff were pleasant but we really noticed that it was the end of the season, very few tours and excursions running, limited hours of only 1 restaurant ....

Even though it was very hot day the staff were there to help everyone handing out drinks. The tables looked fantastic and the little details like the flowers were...

Stayed in a river view room and loved it! Nice balcony overlooking the river, sun beds close to the nearby swimming hole, and an easy walk to the restaurant. Definitely recommend getting up early and going to Zebedee Springs; it's a beautiful rainforest walk and clear, cool water for dipping in. Also recommend making the drive up to Branko's lookout,...

El Questro - The Station was a lovely oasis in remote outback north western Australia. We stayed in a family bungalow and it was clean and comfortable. The facilities were very good with both a restaurant and a pub style food outlet available. There were a lot of tours offered and all of them were very good value for money....
