Nice caravan park with a lovely pool and bar area Backs onto a delightful lily pond lake which makes an ideal backdrop as the sunsets! $40 per night for a powered caravan site, had water hookup but no sullage ( just straight onto the ground , so dry here drains away quickly ) Amenities block is a little old and...

Nice outlook of the lake from our powered camp site, great sunsets. A bit noisy at night with trucks going past on the highway 400 metres away, amazing how far sound travels at night! Barking owls, swamp hens, finches, lots of other birds around, photographers delight.

Had a great 3 night stay in a beautiful King Room. Everything you need. Great restaurant/bar/pool area. Best Burmese Curry I've ever had. Big shout out to the lovely staff. Especially Alanna that went out of her way to sort something out for us. Hard to find dedicated & caring staff like they have at this resort. Thanks Alanna

3 OF US STAYED AT THIS RESORT APRIL 10 AND 11TH 2017. BEING STILL IN THE END OF THE RAINY SEASON, it was not yet busy, though several campers pulled in that we saw on the two days that we stayed. the staff was friendly and approachable for advice. We had two rooms in the motel area., Each had a...

I spent five nights here in a self catering cabin that overlooked the BBQ area, It was a very pleasant room with a small kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very adequate. There is a table outside as well as one inside. The site is well kept and you can wander down to the waters edge. Campers...

Stayed twice in last month and on each occasion staff have gone to great lengths to ensure we were looked after including staying up late to meet and greet and help with parking. It is not easy running a hotel in the wet season with nightly invasion of flying insects and frogs and geckos. High humidity means mould appears overnight....

Stayed here twice in a week travelling in opposite directions Perth to Darwin. Cabin first and then motel room. Alana and the staff we're welcoming and helpful with information. The rooms were spacious and clean as was the pool. Meal on Friday was great but the restaurant is closed mid week during the wet season. Would definitely recommend.

Caravan sites were not easy to get into as too many posts and overhanging trees luckily there was no one else there so was able to drive through many vacant sites. But its more sand which becomes mud than grass which was pretty poorly maintained. A lot of sites were not very level and overall was disappointed. Also how you...

This is a lovely spot with a great sunset provided! The facilities were good, and the staff friendly. The Bistro is right beside the pool and had lovely, huge meals. We loved the birds wandering around in the morning. We would definitely return here if we were in the area.

Hi RonA, We're sorry you didn't enjoy your time here at Lakeside Resort. At this time of year we shut down the male ablutions and have a unisex block in the females. As you would have seen, there are not many in the park at this time of year and they are large blocks to clean for only a handful...
