We stayed at this place in February, and to describe it as "Quality Bed & Breakfast" is completely inaccurate. What I cannot understand is how it gets the good reviews from those who've stayed there. They must be very easily pleased and need to get out more. Iv'e B&Bd all over the UK and this takes the biscuit and finally...

I have already replied to your unpleasant review on another site. I think leaving unpleasant reviews must be your hobby. You were even rude to other guests!

Myself and my friend stayed at the B&B for an overnight stay as we were going to an event at the NEC. Carolyn, the hostess was very accommodating considering poor communication on our part, and not being certain of our arrival time. I cannot thank Carolyn for her patience that evening, especially as we had the incorrect address, originally! Once...

We stayed in a comfortable twin bedded room with an ensuite, coffee, tea and biscuits facilities for three nights. The B&B was very clean and we had a warm and friendly greeting which made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was served on hot plates and was delicious with the best bacon I have ever tasted! We would definately stay...

I was doing a long term contract in Birmingham and stayed here during the week for several years.I had an excellent room, the one on the ground floor with a conservatory. The owner, Carolyn was always friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation near the NEC or Airport.

Very handy for NEC, Birmingham airport, station etc. Easy to find; plenty of parking. Superb quality, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, with lots of lovely extra touches. Thoroughly recommend on all counts

Comfortable hotel located just a couple of miles from the NEC which was why we stayed there as we were attending the Horse of the Year Show. Room was lovely with a conservatory and en suite containing a jaquzzi bath ... my highlight of the weekend as never tried one before ... was like a foam party!! Ate out at...

This B&B was a great find. We were attending an event at the NEC and the B&B is not very far from there. It is in a lovely area & there is off road parking. We stayed in room number 1 which was huge & had the biggest bed that I have ever seen! We had a great nights sleep...

Very handy for the next station to the NEC, which is only 10 minutes walk. Parking. Clean and tidy. Good breakfast. Unfortunately, Fleetwood Mac cancelled at the 11th hour, so a wasted trip. We would use again if going to the NEC.

Our room was bigger than the average hotel room and had many small touches that we don't see often. Bottled water, jar of quality coffee and quality bedding. The breakfast was good quality, plentiful and freshly cooked. Highly recommended before an early morning flight out of Birmingham or a visit to the NEC.

“There are very few restaurants near but it is only one train stop to new street if you want more variety. We were fine with fish and chips take out and the local tavern food as we did not have a car. There is also an Indian restaurant but we did not eat there so I can't comment on it.”

“Not really. My room overlooked the well maintained back garden, and was quiet [apart from the aforementioned airport noise]. Not sure whether the rooms at the front of the house might be noisier due to the road, although it didn't appear particularly busy.”
