Booked this based on trip advisor reviews and wasn't disappointed. We had been looking for a place to stay after a concert at the Genting Arena and I was staggered by the price of the hotels on site. Arden House is just 10 minutes from the venue and easily accessible by taxi. The owner booked us a taxi in advance...

Everything was great! Perfect standard, lovely time there. Even we were taken by the owner to the nice, Indian restaurant. Breakfast was very nice - I have choosen continental one. I definitely recommend.

I was welcomed by the charming owner who showed me to my room, provided some fresh milk for my tea and morning coffee. She suggested places to eat nearby. The B&B is a modern house, with proper central heating, double glazed against the noise of Birmingham, except, the house is situated on the edge of a modern estate with parkland...

When I walked through the door, instantly I fell into the world of Shakespeare. It was amazing. The rooms were classic yet modern. The staff (Shama in particular) were so welcoming and nice! Unfortunately I broke a wall by tripping. No problem for the swift hotel staff however. Breakfast was delicious and cooked just how I like it. Will definitely...

Arden House is a surprise, nestled in a very comfortable and well to do estate. The staff and manager were hugely welcoming, and made me feel extremely relaxed after what had been a stressful and busy day. The room had everything I required (and more -- a snack box), and when I asked to borrow an iron, they took my...

This B&B answered our needs as it is very convenient to the NEC. It was very clean, the bedroom was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. But the bathroom was extremely small and would not be suitable for a larger person. There was plenty to eat for breakfast and a good choice on the menu. But was...

Stayed here while visiting the NEC. We arrive early unannounced and were made to feel welcome straight away. Check in was straight forward, the rooms were nice and the bathroom clean and modern. We left the car at the property then walked (10 mins) to Marston Green station to catch the train to the NEC (£2.10 return). Plenty of choice...

Myself and my boyfriend needed a place to stay as we were visiting Birmingham for the national pet show at the NEC, after scouring the internet I decided to book Arden House as it had a good location and I was impressed by the reviews from other travellers. We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant visit indeed,...
