A lovely, artistic home with wonderful gardens reflecting the warmth and interest Archie & June take in receiving their guests. We felt right at home with their welcome & afternoon tea before setting out for some exploring & exercise. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wonderful variety & we left vowing to return for a longer stay. Thank you!

We've just had the most glorious two days staying at The Old Villa B&B. June and Archie couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. The rooms were meticulously clean with very comfy beds and the breakfast delicious with fresh fruits from the garden, homemade muesli and preserves and a perfectly cooked breakfast. A perfect location with a 2 minute walk...

Beautifully decorated, with gorgeous gardens, this place is a perfect! Very close to town, but wonderfully quiet. June and Archie gave us lots of valuable advice about things to see and do in Arrowtown. The town is so beautiful and interesting, and I can't help thinking we struck gold by finding this place.......it has to be the best accommodation in...

What a fantastic 15 days we spent with June and Archie at their B&B in Arrowtown. They were the perfect hosts, very friendly, welcoming and helpful.nothing was too much trouble. We had the Patio bedroom, out onto a beautiful garden and spectacular views of the Remarkables. The breakfast, second to none, was all home cooking and what a wonderful choice...

June and Archie are delightful hosts. They made us feel like part of the family. The breakfasts were delicious, all homemade produce (there was always something different for breakfast each day). The breakfasts kept us going all day. Our bedroom was really comfortable, beautifully decorated and had lovely views of the garden. The house is full of character and absolutely...

Within walking distance of the town centre of Arrowhead this recently built heritage style villa is set in a beautiful garden. Our room was on the left as you enter. A queen bedded room with new world oldy-worldy touches, window to the front garden and French doors leading out into the back garden. Small bathroom. June’s breakfast had warm home-made...

June and Arch made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Right on arrival Arch invited us for a beer in the beautiful garden and we immediately started to talk as we would know each other already. We (two adults and one little daughter) stayed in a big lovely decorated bed room with huge windows and colourful flowers infront of it...

We stayed with Arch & June in April during the Arrowtown Festival. Although they were busy with their activities to support the town events they made us very welcome. We had wonderful breakfasts and were made to feel at home. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely B&B to any mature couples who want to relax away from the adrenalin of...

We stayed three nights in the charming classically decorated Suite 2 with a large queen bed and a single bed as well, plus two chairs for relaxing (20m2). The ensuite bathroom (5.5m2) was lovely and equally stylish decorated with a copper cistern and old lion-claw bathtub. Various bath-oils and something like 10 towels to choose from. The bed linen was...
