Good location, about 250 km drive from Darwin. The town hasn't got much to offer. Good beds, basic bathroom. The restaurant is very good for dinner, rather basic for breakfast. Be prepared to face possible power outages. It adds up to the charm of the place.

Either visitors want to say, Jabiru (where is the hotel, inside of Kakadu NP area) looks like of deserted small town, or on the other side is the gate to enter the ancient time when Aborigin people stay here in their old ways of life long time ago, this place is a good place as the base to explore the...

Using points gained from a previous Mercure hotel, I was able to book this hotel for an excellent price. It was better than I expected and I would probably have given 5 stars had it not been for the slightly run down feel, loose or missing tiles etc. This was only minor however and the feel of the hotel was...

This was one place we have always looked at staying at when we go to the NT and now we have done it we don't feel the need to go back. The crocodile shape of the Hotel is a great feature and shots from the plane were magic but in the room there was condensation dripping down the walls, there...

There really aren't a great deal of other options if you wish to stay in Jabiru and visit the Kakadu National Park than to stay here. The hotel itself is fine, the rooms are adequate for a couple of nights and the staff are friendly enough. I don't know if it was because of the time of year we visited,...

This Hotel is the best we stayed at during our three week visit to the Northern Territory. It is designed in the shape of a crocodile. It is close to attractions such as Yellow waters and to a small shopping center. Staff happily assist patrons to book into tours and events. The rooms were very clean with more than adequate...

The best rooms and food around Kakadu. Friendly atmosphere, culturally sensitive featuring local artists. Comfortable clean poolside rooms with plenty of tourism info. I'd recommend as a great base, good value and helpful staff.

I read previous reviews... although dated, I think the basics of how to make a bed and dust a room are overlooked. The bottom sheet of the bed was 50% scrunched in the middle of the bed with no footend tuck in. A vacuum cleaner run around the skirting boards would not go astray! The 'dated' furniture should still be...

tired premises, with good staff who want to give fantastic service. rooms are not large, and in need of a repaint. Staff are fantastic, warm, welcoming and will try do anything for you. The price is higher than the standard of room but on reflection, given the distance to anywhere else, pricing is appropriate
