I thought this hotel was quite nice until my roommate (upon lifting up her towel) discovered a bunch of baby spiders which had apparently been laid and hatched overnight. This discovery was followed by the mother spider, which was about the size of the palm of her hand. The staff didn't seem to think this was a big deal, and...

I have nothing negative to say except for the fact that the pools were not cleaned the time I went to the pool. I stayed at a villa with my three friends and it was nice, clean, and comfortable. The food was very good. I don't recommend this resort if you are uncomfortable with monkeys walking around the streets and...

This is a review about the entire complex. There is a hotel with villas as well as private villas within the complex. We stayed on one of the private villas that is not supported by the hotel so we were responsible for everything. The condition of our villa could have been better (#408) but for the price it was passable....

This hotel is located on the highway between Sardinal and Playa Cocos, but not really near either. The property is a combination of condos and hotel rooms. If you have a car, the location won't be a problem. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves very good food. They have a beach club at Playa Hermosa...

We stayed three nights at the hotel resort. We stayed in #901. We found everyone to be nice and friendly. The room was clean and large. They had 3 pools and lots of activities. It is a gated hotel and very safe. The room had refrigerators and coffee makers. Some of the rooms were like small apartments with kitchens 2...

This hotel was gorgeous and the staff was awesome (well most of them). The last night we found our clothes (Nike shoes, shirts, bathing suit, and vera bradley items) hidden around the room in the kitchen cabinets, behind the TV, and between the box mattress/bed. Total 10 of our items were taken from us and hidden around the room but no...

Just got back this afternoon from a week in Costa Rica. I traded my Orlando timeshare for a Nacazcol 2 bedroom/2bath unit. Nacazcol is a community of apartments, private homes and vacation rental ,with a small hotel, mostly untilized by costa ricans. We did not see any other people from the U.S. with the exception of a group of texas...

No hotel rooms... more like little apartments. The one I stayed in had one bedroom - a full and a twin bed, a nice bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and living room. There were a lot of planned activities for kids to do. Two pools. A DJ and dancing. A small little grocery store. Two restaurants that had good...

After reading some of the reviews on here, I was curious to see if Nacazcol would live up to it's negative hype. It did not. Our experiences with everything from reception, to the restaurant, to housekeeping were wonderful. I highly recommend the massages at the Spa, though I wasn't crazy about the facial - I can't complain about the price...
