We took the dining in option and enjoyed a great meal with our hosts who made us feel like we were olf froends rather thsn psying guests. House has stunning views over Nelson and our room was elegantly furnished and very comfortable.

My husband and I planned on visiting Nelson for a few days during our two week vacation driving around NZ and discovered this great place online before our trip. Luckily we were able to book it and enjoyed our stay very much. We would highly recommend this B&B.

We spent two nights with Kay and Joe and wished we had had more time. Our room had a private patio which gave us stunning views of Tasman Bay and the surrounding hills. The room was superbly equipped - the best shower, large fluffy towels, superb wifi, a great tea selection, home made muffins, great toiletries etc. Our hosts couldn't...

Totally agree with the other rave reviews about this place - the views were outstanding and the property itself was intriguing....built on some pretty steep hillside and beautifully planted with everything from fruit trees to flower beds to flowering shrubs, with pathways leading to the chicken run and alpaca paddock. Kay and Joe are a delight, and the food...well all...

Truly an incredible experience! Honestly, it was the best part of our whole trip. Jay & Kay are by far some of the kindest, warm, and inviting hosts we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. By the 2nd night into our multi-night stay, we felt like we were visiting family. From the moment my husband and I walked...

Due to tight availability around Nelson we were only able to stay here one night but will definitely stay longer next time. Don't be fooled by the photo, it was taken some time ago and while the building is not changed the surrounding landscaping and gardens are now beautiful and extensive. In the downhill direction the bay view is outstanding...

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our Bed and Breakfast. Your feedback is very helpful. This was the first year that we have felt the heat and humidity. Global warming, perhaps??? It s interesting that we have air conditioning in the dining area upstairs and in the guest lounge downstairs and have turned it on twice...

Thank you so much for your comments. We love to do a cooking class with our guests as we get to know them a bit better than if they were just having breakfast with us. We have a list of possible menus that they can choose from on our website, so hopefully there is something for everyone's eating preferences. Dinner...
