Apartment three exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Stunning panoramic harbour views with the entertainment factor of ships coming and going. Huge plus was the dog friendly aspect - escape proof garden for my two terriers which they very much enjoyed. Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen , free wifi, mysky. Easy to find, very peaceful. Thanks James and Richard....

We've stayed here for the past two summers with family visiting from overseas. It's brilliant. The apartments are clean, spacious and well equipped, and James and Richard are extremely good managers. We love the location, with its superb views over the Cut from the deck, virtually no traffic noise, and yet only a 2 minute walk to two excellent restaurants,...

We stayed here for about a week, with two young children. We were upgraded to the top floor 3-bedroom flat--stunning views of the harbor, and delightful outdoor decks and garden nooks. The flat is well-appointed with a very nice kitchen, some games for the kids, full wireless and cable TV. Based on recommendations from James we enjoyed some nice walks...

A really well appointed apartment (we had number 3 on the top floor) with a covered balcony with stunning views across Nelson harbour to Abel Tasman. Very comfortable and great to have free wifi. Milk, coffee orange juice and lovely flowers welcomed us. Highly recommended. Had great food at the boat shedrestaurant - conveniently at the bottom of the road!

Beautiful apartment, we had the middle one that had a garden/sea aspect. Really modern, warm and had everything needed in it. Spacious and really well thought out. Kitchen is completely decked out with everything you could need. Two bathrooms in the apartment, which was fabulous. Great location, would highly recommend.

James and Richard are the perfect hosts, full of suggestions as to where to go, what to see, where to eat, etc. The 3 bedroom apartment in which we stayed has one of the best views we have ever seen, and it was a real pleasure just to sit on the balcony and gaze at it. Everything that is needed...

After 3 weeks in New Zealand, the Kimberley House is the location we look back at as having been the nicest place we stayed. James was an extremely helpful and responsive host. The apartment was perfect. Each of the 2 bedrooms had its own bathroom with heated floors and towel warmers. There was a landline we were able to use...

There are three good rooms in this completely self-contained appartment, but the outstanding feature is the breathtaking view from the lounge and balcony. The entrance to busy Nelson harbour is directly opposite and provides constant interest. Some of the properties on the main road below will be noisy, but Kimbery House is sheltered from this and is quiet at all...

Firstly I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you to James who was understanding and flexible regarding the necessary change in our booking. My mother and I stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment (Kimberley House) for six nights. We arrived to flowers on the table and spectacular views. The apartment was fantastic with a large furnished balcony...

The Nelson area is perfect for those who like outdoor living combined with quality local facilities & the 3 bed apartment is an excellent base with marvellous viewing. The apartment is well equipped but one oe two things need 'refreshing'. I am sure James & Richard will be attending to these in their usual friendly & efficient manner. Joy &...

Many thanks to andyp for his feedback. It's true there were things which needed to be attended to, especially carpet & window cleaning. Back to back long-term bookings had given us no opportunity to have things done between parties &, once they'd arrived, the guests preferred to have their time - in the apartment - undisturbed.
