Hi Randa22 Great to know you enjoyed your stay! Sometimes it is the little things like lovely fresh air that make a night's sleep so restful...but knowing there is reverse cycle air conditioning ready if the weather is against you! Regards Jane & Keith

Had booked on Scoopon to stay in Cowaramup, when we arrived found I had booked for 2021 not 2020. Quick trip to Margaret River Tourist Bureau and they sent us to Rosewood Cottage. What a delightful BnB. Great hosts Keith & Jane. Comfortable room and 1st class breakfast with homemade preserves and choice of bread for toast, along with a cooked changing special of the day Relaxing loungeroom with sherry & port supplied. What could have been a disaster turned out to be a most enjoyable 2 nights stay.

Rosewood is run by Keith and Jane - a delightfully accommodating couple who take pleasure in welcoming you to their guesthouse. Lovely rooms in a property surrounded by flowers and bushes. Breakfast is home cooked - as good as grandma made. We stayed 4 nights in the Wallcliffe Suite which was clean, comfortable had lots of room.
Jane and Keith are very familiar with the area and happily provide recommendations that delivered what we were looking for.
Rosewood is close (by Australian standards) to everything. Excellent wineries are just a few minutes away.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was adequate for 1 person and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. The area around my room was very creaky, when guests in the room above walked around their room it felt as though they might fall through my ceiling! I enjoyed the stay but the price was a bit eye watering. In the UK a B&B is normally a good mid-range price choice but I paid almost luxury hotel prices for my room here. When I told some other tourists in MR how much I was paying they couldn't believe their ears. Apart from the expense it was a nice experience though and I have fond memories of my time there.

Hi Verity Biscuit We are glad you enjoyed most aspects of your stay. As to tariff we do provide a plentiful breakfast and many complimentary extras and room servicing daily ...were the other tourists receiving that, possibly not so their tariff would be less of course. It is a shame that had you booked directly with us you would have paid less and received a complimentary cheese plate and bottle of wine as well. Thank you for staying with us and we are glad you have fond memories. Regards Jane & Keith

Like to send a huge thank you to new owners Kerry & Glen of Rosewood Guesthouse in Margaret River. Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful place to stay. Easy walking distance to all shops/restaurants but at the same time away from the hustle & bustle. Having never stayed in a guest house before we were a little apprehensive as to how much privacy we would have. But rooms are very soundproof & would never have known that they were fully booked out until it was time to have the amazing breakfast that had daily menu changes. Waffles & omelettes top class. Beautiful guest lounge &/or decking to relax in after a busy day out exploring, with a complimentary port or sherry to top it off. Kerry assembled a decadent tasting platter one afternoon for a couple celebrating their wedding anniversary that looked so delicious. We met some lovely guests during breakfast & had enjoyable conversations about where they were from etc. Exchanged contact details with one couple from Perth who we hope to keep in contact with and they told us about the lovely chauffeured wine tour they had with Glen in Rosy the Rolls Royce.
Both Kerry & Glen made us feel so welcome & took the time to stop & chat with all guests through out their stay & offer any help or suggestions about what to do or visit. We also received a jar of jam from the Berry Farm when we checked out.
We loved our stay that much that we’ve booked again for our own wedding anniversary & planning on doing the Rolls Royce wine tour too!
Can’t thank Kerry & Glen enough & highly recommend to everyone. Jenny & Richard

Jane and Keith were absolutely amazing hosts. The Guesthouse was superb and full of lovely antiques. The garden was beautiful as was the outdoor verandah area surrounded by lush greenery. The rooms were very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Best of all was the breakfast..Jane makes the best waffles in Margaret River, and all her breakfasts were delicious.😋 They even have sherry and port if you want a nightcap and Jane cooks homemade Anzac biscuits which are very very yummy. They have a 1956 Rolls Royce which is magnificent. Keith even took my son and me for a drive around Margs. So I can highly recommend staying here 10/10. Thanks so much for your hospitality Jane and Keith we thoroughly loved staying with you 👍🤗

Our hosts, Keith and Jane, were welcoming and so friendly. They truly create a warm ‘home away from home’ environment. The guesthouse is inviting and there are areas to relax and unwind. The breakfast menu was varied each day and the stewed fruits were delicious ... thank you Jane! Keith was most helpful in providing suggestions on where to go, wineries to visit, how to get there and where to eat. Our room was comfortable and clean ... plenty of hot water. It was the subtle little things like the port to enjoy at our discretion, the chocolates left in our room each night and the kindness of such genuine hosts that made our stay so memorable. Highly, highly recommend!!

I have stayed at Rosewood many times with my husband but this time I came down with my Mum for a weekend break. As always it was the perfect choice for a warm, welcoming place to rest after a busy day out. We stayed in the self-contained room and were very comfy. Jane went above and beyond to provide the most amazing breakfasts which catered for my numerous and challenging allergies, and Keith provided us with plenty of local knowledge. A small issue with heating was seen to very quickly and without fuss or inconvenience to us. Whenever we are looking to have a lovely weekend break from the rat race Rosewood will always be our first option without a doubt.

We had a fabulous stay at Rosewood - greeted upon arrival by Glenn & Kerry we immediately felt like we were visiting friends, they were so welcoming. We stayed in the Georgette Room with excellent amenities and a wonderful view of the garden with birds playing in the bird bath among the trees - beautiful! Our hosts provided an abundance of information about dining and wining in the region which we explored but we also enjoyed staying in with a luxurious lounge/dining area provided for guests to enjoy. Breakfast is included every day with a new "special" on the menu each morning along with wonderful staples that Glenn prepares so well. The Rosewood is a must stay venue for anyone looking for the best accommodation right in Margaret River - anytime of the year. Indulge yourself !

We spent 3 nights relaxing, socialising and being spoilt by Kerry and Glen. The breakfast is superb, and the outside deck and guest lounge add something you cannot get in a hotel room or separate apartment. We met other like minded travellers and shared their wine and snacks followed by the sherry and port which are kept in the lounge. The room we had was well fitted out, very quiet and the bed was comfortable. We could walk into town or drive to the beaches and wineries nearby. We hope to get back within the next few months. Ray S

I am sorry but we are booked out pretty much for those dates. It is very easy to use our on-line booking engine, just google the name. We have a king room available from Dec 31 - 5th Jan, The Georgette Room.
I would say that this guesthouse is more aimed towards adults rather than children of a young age. However, give Jane or Keith a ring and discuss it with them as I'm sure you'll get an honest answer
It will take about 7 minutes at a moderate walking pace and is on the flat.
Good morning, I think you are mistaken, Rosewood does not have a pool and we have never described our property as having a pool. Having said that there is a fantastic public pool which is covered and heated just 300 metres from our property which I swim at 4 times a week.
If we can help you with any further queries do not hesitate!
