Thank you James and Joanna for a great stay. Very comfortable rooms in a lovely garden with an abundance of visiting bird life and other wildlife. Miserable weather certainly didn't dampen the hospitality and sitting around the breakfast table with the other guests was a cheerful way to start the day and what a superb breakfast it was! Excellent location,...

This is an exceptional B&B. Great location, fantastic rooms, exceptional personal service and the most wonderful hosts in James and Joanna. So peaceful and quiet with beautiful gardens, birdlife and less than 10 minutes to town with fabulous restaurants. The breakfast that James serves each day is amazing, you will not be disappointed or hungry. We didn't know what to...

James and Jo made us feel really welcome the moment we arrived. The property is central to attractions in the area and is a short 10min drive to Margaret River town. It's utterly peaceful, with quiet all around but with modern fixtures and design. James is an excellent chef and his and Jo's warmth and knowledge of the area made...

We just love this place, from the hosts James and Joanna, to the beautiful location and rooms, right through to the best breakfasts we have ever had, it is just fantastic. James and Joanna will answer any question you have and help as much as they can. They have great knowledge of the area including the food and wine (Jame's...

This Guest House was a beautiful home in a tranquil location in the woods, just outside the downtown area of Margaret River. It was very peaceful and charming. The owners were very hospitable and James cooked a very impressive breakfast, likely our favourite breakfast on our 5 week Australia trip. The rooms were cosy and clean and we really enjoyed...

We had a delightful two days at Llewellin's, enjoying Jo and James's legendary hospitality. The breakfast cooked to order by James was outstanding. The room was comfortable, and Jo has created many small touches that make a big difference. The location is ideal for exploring the region. Highly recommended.

Having stayed at several of the popular B&B’s in Margaret River I can confidently say that James and Joanna Llewellin’s place is the only contender for best B&B in this area. In the inimitable words of the Kurgan in the Highlander movie (the excellent original, before they all started riding around on space skateboards) – “There can be only One”....

Joanna and James could not have been more welcoming after a long drive down from Perth. Lily the Maltese Terrier could be a bit more welcoming but she is adorable once she's settled down. The breakfast was excellent (the salmon & scrambled eggs is a must) and the rooms are spacious and clean. We occupied the veranda room which is...

We have stayed at many B&Bs but James and Joanna's secluded oasis does top the charts! :) We wanted to treat ourselves to a relaxed baby moon before junior makes his brave new entrance into our world, and our wonderful hosts were certainly very sweet ensuring that this MTB and DTB had a great time. Location - Only a 10...
