How hard is it to wake up in your French decorated suite, with a beautiful chandelier above, having enjoyed a lovely spa bath, and then tootle in for a cooked breakfast of your choice? When that's done and you've sampled Jo and and James's home made compotes and preserves, you walk outside and see the bandicoot or galahs, or joeys...

We have stayed at Llewellin's twice before, so knew what to expect. However, we have just returned back home from a 6 week trip to WA, and after spending a total of 16 days over two separate visits to James and Jo's, and can only add that it just gets better. It's all been said before how wonderful this place...

Absolutely brilliant! You don't have to read any more than 3 reviews to see how good this BNB is and how wonderful the hosts are. It is 5 star luxury and attention to detail in every way. We spent 3 nights at Llewellins on our very first visit to Margaret River for our 30th wedding anniversary after a recommendation from...

We had 4 days here in this tranquil setting with kangaroos and all sorts of native birds in the garden. The rooms were beautifully outfitted. The breakfasts were delicious and Jo and James were great hosts with lots of helpful tips regarding the area.

Quiet rooms, tranquil surroundings, welcoming hosts, with wildlife and amazing breakfasts. An excellent location, a few kilometres out of town, on the beach side of Margaret River, and just off Caves Road.

My wife and I visited Margaret River for the first time last week. It is one of Australia's great wonders - wineries, beaches, galleries, walks and magnificent forests. James and Jo from Llewellin's run a first class operation. James's tour of the wineries is a must - he knows them all. They are a great team - friendly, impeccable breakfasts...

One of best ever B&B stays. James and Joanna are perfect hosts. Three good sized double rooms open onto a delightful verandah. Galahs, parakeets and kangaroos are feet away. Guest fridge, and if you ask nicely, use of a superb gas barbecue in the evening. Attention to detail is superb. Joanna is dedicated to getting everything just right. Breakfasts legendary....

This is a high end B&B, pricey but it does deliver and is well worth staying during a trip to the Margaret River. Beautiful rooms, the equivalent of a 5 star hotel, they are equuisterly appointed with everything you might need. Breakfast prepared by the hosts is delicious and a wonderful array of choices, start with some fresh fruit, follow...

Llewellins Guest House is a lovely 3 bedroom house. All rooms are very well appointed and open onto the verahdah, beds exceptionally comfortable. A nice table and chairs outside to sit and have a wine and an outdoor dining table and BBQ if you are inclined to do some cooking. James and Jo are very warm hosts, offering plenty of...
