Good 2 bedrooms apartment, great services (easy to check-in and check-out) and very friendly staff (always smiling, giving the answers when we have and giving the good suggestions around town which is very nice). The location is good

My partner and I went to a concert at the Esplanade Hotel - the Quest was a five minute walk from the venue, the beach and lots of amazing restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and so helpful (they can suggest the best places to eat!). Room was spacious, modern and spotless! The lovely service definitely made the weekend.

Well located close to public transport and amenities. Walking distance to cafes, shops beach etc. Only drawback apartments not serviced on Sunday's and public holidays and while there is limited free wi fi, if you buy the wi fi package it's expensive. Secure on site car parking - but that's another charge over and above accomodation costs. Will stay there again...

We arrived in Melbourne to find that Expedia hadn't put our booking through to the Quest St Kilda Bayside. However Vanessa on reception was absolutely amazing. She organised a one bedroom apartment for the night until a 2 bedroom apartment was ready the next day. She made sure that we had everything we needed and organised it for us. The...

The staff were fantastic - very helpful, great follow up and very friendly. The room was modern, clean and very quiet. With a family of 5 we felt it a little small for a long term stay, but handy for a night. The apartment had two bedrooms, and although we paid for a rollaway, we felt it was too cramped...

Great location to St Kilda Beach area. Guests came from interstate to attend a wedding. Very convenient to venue, food, shops and things for the kids to do. Staff were helpful and friendly. Evenings were quiet. Apartments and rooms were of various configurations to suit different needs.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom self contained unit with washing machine, dryer and full cooking facilities. The rooms are neat and quiet, and the building is centrally located for a 5 minute walk to the beach, Luna Park, tram stops, and the shopping/restaurant area. GREAT for family stays, parking provided, and a playground across the road for littlies. Also...

Nice apartment with just the basics. Plenty of places nearby to eat although our apartment came with basic cooking facilities. Biggest con for us was the corridor noise and noise from floor above (general footfall thumping) Parking on site was a bonus

Dear Bridget M Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I’m pleased that you were happy with the apartment, the location and the car parking. I’m sorry that you experienced noise from the corridor and above. It’s unusual for our guests to complain about people walking – the sound generally doesn’t carry that much. It’s possible that...
