Peak time yes but overpriced for what you get. Room 52 looks awful. Badly stained carpet, walls marked and near the window - on corner just above the chair - it looked like blood. White sheets with a few marks that looked like blood droplets. We did call reception to discuss and are still waiting for their return call (!!)....

We recently stayed 2 nights in King Spa room. Fantastic service on check in after confusion with Expedia. The receptionist helped us sort it out and gave us same price, while also taking off extra 10%. The room was amazing, highly recommend getting water room view. Extremely clean and the spa was great. Could watch Tv from it if you...

We stayed at the Bellevue in January for one night in a king bedded room on ground floor overlooking the car park, which was disappointing for the price ($249). However, the rooms are large, bed was comfortable and amenities reasonable. Free wifi is very limited in allowance and extremely slow. Easy to walk to shops.... we had fish and chips...

We were a family of 4 in a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment. Apart were spacious and nice. More importantly very clean. Beds were comfortable. The outdoor pool is a little on the small side but enough for kids to jump and swim in it. It was very cold though. The gazebo area near the pool has a bbq which was...

I stayed for 5 nights in a self contained apartment together with my 2 children. Apart from the spa not working the rest of the stay was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the spa wasn't maintained during periods of peak stay so I won't be returning to this establishment.

We stayed here while on holiday. What a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was spacious. The heating didn't work very well, so we were able to move rooms to a warmer room - winter's a little cold still.

As always my reviews reflect on what my husband and I find important in a motel/hotel 🙂 PRICE It was the first week of January and we decided last minute to get out of Melbourne for the weekend. As it's peek season we didn't expect there to much availability. Happy to find a Spa unit at Bellevue for $215 per...

Stayed here one night in a spa suite second floor overlooking a court yard area. I will say it was very quiet here...but I know that can depend on other ppl staying. Room was HUGE...only thing missing in the room was a clock. RSL next door and plenty of other eateries within walking distance. We walked down to the Central...

Comfortable rooms and great staff service. Excellent location close to restaurants, water and all you need. Some areas are in need of some refurbishments including very old carpet through room walkways. But our room was spacious, clean and had everything you need. Expensive room but it is peak summer season so you pay a premuim.

Perfect location to walk to the shops, across from the river. We stayed during peak time and unfortunately it was very noisy in the room...could hear the neighbours talking, children screaming and the shower being used. However the room and bathroom was very large and clean with very comfortable beds, there is a laundry room for guests to use which...
