Made a booking end of December, 2014 for 4 of us coming up for the "Cadel Evans Ride" on the 30th Jan. Wasn't impressed when they rang yesterday (3 days before the event!) to say they now don't have a room available for us, as there was a plumbing problem in the room we had booked that needed to be...

we stated recently in the family room. The room size for an overnighter was fine. The beds were extremely old and uncomfortable and although advised, the bathrooms were very very old. It was expensive $180, and basic cooking equipment meant a microwave, toaster and kettle. It was centrally located and car parking was good. The breakfast was included, which was...

Stayed recently in a king room [ renovated ] with a great view of the Bay. Bed is super comfortable and despite being right on Aberdeen St there is remarkably little noise. As advised the bathrooms are a little dated but very clean and serviceable. The rate includes a continental breakfast which is quite satisfying, although since a change of...

Stayed prior to Around the Bay bike ride. the greeting from the front office could not have been better - thank you , Lou - nothing was a trouble. The room - a little small - but clean and just what I needed. As I had a very early morning departure, they organised a breakfast platter into my room -...

Thank you for your review Pete. We just took over the business 2 weeks ago. Our restaurant does need lots of work and money investment before we can operate it as a quality restaurant. Hopefully after few months hard work, next time when you are here u can enjoy your dinner in here. Looking forwarding to seeing you again. Lou...

Stayed in a room that was really small also slept on a bed that was hard as a rock, also was freezing cold had no electric blankets or heater. Showers had low pressure that kept going hot and cold. No coffee available only tea , also no hair dryer and other tenants were noisy. Won't be staying here again. Will...

We stayed here for a weekend and while the rooms are a little old, they have been repainted and are the cleanest motel rooms we have ever stayed at. They are very comfortable. This is enough to give them 4 stars. The breakfast is excellent, including home made jams, and a cook is available to make a cooked breakfast at...

My mum and I stayed at this motel in rooms next to each other, and I was quite happy with my room! It had everything I needed (fridge, TV, hair dryer, comfy bed, table and chairs, air con/heater). The man at the front desk was nice, there was easy parking. The only bad thing, which isn't the owners fault, is the...

We stayed for two nights in April. We enjoyed our stay. The room had been renovated and very comfortable. The breakfast was included in the price and very good. Parking was busy but we always got a park. One night was very noisy with drunken teenagers staying in one room. They were immediately ejected so it was over fairly fast....

My wife and I recently spent an amazing long weekend at the Aberdeen Motor Inn in Geelong. Upon arrival we were welcomed by and had a lengthy chat with the very friendly owners. The Room: Our room was very charming and according to a small sign had recently undergone a 'Retro makeover'. It was very refreshing to find a hotel...
