We stayed at Kurrajong House for 2 nights in one of the King size rooms. The house is absolutely gorgeous, the rooms are well appointed and the area is residential and quiet. The owners only just took over the property and are still finding their way around the area, but are really lovely and overly helpful. they pointed out several...

We arrived at Kurrajong House on Australia Day, with no notice, and needing accommodation because a tiger snake had moved into the accommodation we had booked! The hosts were so very kind, finding us a room and welcoming us and our daughter. The rooms are exquisite and breakfast is gorgeous. This is superb accommodation within easy walking distance of the...

Lovely light and good sized bedroom in a beautiful old B&B, modernised whilst still retaining lots of the lovely original features. Cold and hot breakfast was very good. Very steep walk up/down from the town but easy to drive there if needed.

Our family "overnighted" at the beautiful Kurrajong House just before Christmas and only family committments were enough to pull us away. Linda and Andre were perfect hosts, giving us lots of information on what to see and then leaving us to it! Drinks and nibbles in front of the kids room that afternoon was a lovely way to finish the...

Kurrajong House is very classy. The rooms are generously sized, the bathrooms very clean, neat and elegantly functional. The bed was so comfortable and our hosts very friendly, helpful and relaxed. This was our first time in Launceston and the last stop in a trip through Tasmania. Next time we will be spending a few more days in Launceston and...

Four of us (two couples) spent last Sunday/Monday at this Edwardian/Federation guesthouse. It was excellent in every regard. The rooms and ensuites were very large, spotlessley clean and extremely well appointed. Indeed, the whole guesthouse and gardens are very well presented. There is ample off-street parking and it is about a 10-15 minute stroll down to the city centre. The...

Being a group of 4 ladies we stayed here at the beginning of our 17 day holiday to Tassie. Julie & Graeme are superb hosts, and the house and rooms are beautiful. My two elderly aunts stayed in "Campbell" while my mother had "Emily" all to herself, and i had "Benjamin". The rooms were all beautifully furnished with all the...

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights arriving on our wedding Anniversay. We were welcomed with a bunch of flowers straight from the garden, which I loved. Our room was just beautiful, spacious, comfy and clean. Kurrajong is situated within walking distance to the city and restaurants. Our breakfast was very filling courtesy of Graeme's cullinary...
