Hello i stayed at The Sebel over the weekend and it was fantastic. The rooms were outstanding and so were the staff. Rebecca at reception alway has a welcoming smile on her face and was friendly and helpfull everytime i saw her. I ate in the Market Square Restaurant. The food was terrific and Ryan, my waiter was so friendly...

Two bookend stays at the Sebel, at the start and end of our Bay of Fires walking trek left us uninspired. Not with the walk but with the accommodation we chose. Accor members, we booked through them and redeemed one free night. The room was second rate, overlooking the car park, bathroom dated and in fact the room was for...

Dear Michelle, I’m sorry if our front office team did not attend to you in a timely manner. We do have peaks and troughs on reception and busy times sometimes occur with bus drop offs from the airport but we do try to staff our reception to handle peak times so my apologies if the check in process was not...

We stayed here for 12days in December-a stay extended by an unfortunate accident at Cradle Mountain. It is difficult to believe that a hotel could have looked after us better. From the owners down to housekeeping staff they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel itself is well situated with rooms that provide for every...

Stayed here for overnight with family. Upon checkin we got upgraded, which is always a good thing. Rooms were large n spacious, all the amenities of an apartment. Very clean n tidy. Try and get the 3 br apartment, its great with 2 level of sleeping. Very centrally located to very popular Seaport Boulevard eateries. Five min walk if that....

This hotel has a great location, just a short uphill stroll to the coffee shops and main area of town. Seaport is just around the corner with more river front restraunts. It's about a 30-40 minute walk to cataract gorge from the hotel. Nice standard furnishings and spacious rooms. Slightly annoyed that you have to pay for parking. The only...

We arrived and were shown to our room Was very nice clean and well presented. Next morning we had to ask for a new room as the pipes in the wall were so noisy every time next door flushed the toilet you would be waken up incredibly noisy. It was Christmas and they were fully booked to there credit they...

Decided to stay at the Sebel instead of the hotel recommended by tour company for the 2 nights prior to tour of Cradle Mountain. I am glad that I did as I stayed at other hotel post tour and although cheaper it lacked the amenities of the Sebel and was busy and noisy with large tour groups. I like having...

The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance to the city. Room was nice with seperate living area and bedroom. Big shower. Had no bath which does not concern me. Staff friendly and helpful. Extra charge for parking per night. Good food from downstairs restaurant. Even though it's in city the room was quiet

We loved our 2 night stay here. The room was spacious and well designed and the service we received from Michelle on the front desk was outstanding, including great tips on where to go & what to see both in Launceston and for our next stop.

I've stayed at the Sebel many times over 8 yrs or so. I like the rooms - mostly I get a little studio apartment (although once I had a 3-bed place). Location is good. I even like hearing the clock chime. Staff are good. Getting a parking spot can be competitive so worth a call to ensure they hold one...
