The apartment was a nice size, the location great - easy walking distance to shops, pubs etc. Amazing view from the 3rd floor over Launceston. The negative was the lack of attention to detail. We found a broken glass on arrival, then a light globe wasn't working, and the phone was not working. A simple checklist would mean this would...

Although our room was small, as you would expect for a studio apartment, we found it had all we needed and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with views of Launceston city lights. An easy walk to the centre of Launceston, a pleasant BBQ area and good laundry. Staff were very helpful. It is basic, no frills accommodation but...

I don't know where it gets the 4 star ratings from? Hospitality wasn't present from the owner and in this sort of industry friendliness goes along way. The cleaners need to spend a bit more time in there and check cupboards and on top of the shower screen was used soap and other items! Great location. Overall i give it...

The Apartments seems very outdated, the spa bathroom is large, but the toilet is in the same room and makes the bedroom small and cramp, a bit smelly when we entered the room. The TV looks old. We stayed during peak seasons for two nights, and there were no housekeeping. The reception asked my Credit card to hold $10 deposit,...

We travelled as 2 couples and had a great stay in Launceston. The apartments are getting old but are close to the city and parks. Kelly in the office was brilliant - she gave us a lot of insight into what we can do within walking distance and short drives. it is a good base for travelling to Beaconsfield -...

We found the staff very friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble, check in and out excellent. location was great, and no extra for a car park. The apartment was roomy, clean and for the price, good...

We stayed here for three nights in Apartment 25 on the third floor which was no problem having a lift. Parking the car and taking our luggage to the room was the hardest part but there was a trolley we could use. Our Apartment was quiet and we were resting after touring Tasmania for eight days and found this Motel...

My husband and I stay here a couple of times a year. We have a 2 bedroom refurbished self contained apartment each time for the extra room and facilities. The view is great overlooking the city, the apartment is spotless, bright, comfortable and convenient. We travel often and have stayed in many places. I love the compact kitchen and availability...

I know it was only a 3 star but still. The studio room smelt and looked nothing like the pictures. The adjoining door to the next room was secured with a small slider bolt. In between the two studio rooms was a piece of foam for "sound proofing". I did not feel safe leaving any belongings here or sleeping here....

We stayed there for three nights in September. We had booked a spa suite but on our request they agreed to change to a studio without any extras. The kitchen is small but very well built so convenient to use. Liked the view form the room (we were on the first floor). There is a lift. there is enough parking...
