We chose the property because it was half way between the airport and the city, so for us, it was a great location. We also chose this property because it had a pool & spa (which were old but clean) and playground for the children. The rooms are in the 60's/70's era. Our family…
Overnight stay with 3 kids, room was spacious & everything clean. Had access to cooking facikities & all kitchen items. Check-in was brilliant! Indoor pool was great for the kids, and we couldn't go past the $5 continental breakfast. Highly recommend for a family stay
We enjoyed our visit to the Village motel. It was clean and comfortable. Our kids loved swimming in the pool as well, which was also clean and well maintained. The only comment we'd make is that the bathrooms are old and could do with an upgrade, and it would be nice if the TV…
Family NYE trip to launceston. This was the only place to accomadate a large family of 6. Room was ok. Dated but clean. Pool and spa were a nice addition, also dated but clean. Close to city centre and staff were friendly. Will be back.
Tired and out dated. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. The shower was like a trickle and I would not recommend it at all. On a positive note the staff were friendly and the car park was quite spacious.
"Contact the hotel direct if you have mobility needs. The hotel is on a hill and not all rooms would be accessible for wheelchairs/walkers."
"Double check the bed requirement before arriving"
"All rooms have good views over Launceston"
"Views are just wonderful. Accessibility could be a problem for some but they were happy to oblige."
"all rooms are easily accessible and appear to have great views of the city"
