We booked a 4 night stay at this resort recently. We thought the outside of building was a bit tired and in need of refresh. Greeted at reception with smiles. Found out that our Lexus had no private parking and had to live in a council controlled carpark, which you had to pay for. Admittedly there was a discount voucher...

Hi Tony Thank you for your recent stay. Needing to clarify on a few points raised in this mail. NBN had a cut over in Launceston last week that had caused disruption to services. We naturally worked quickly to have our service restored, unfortunately guests from Friday through Monday had intermittent internet however all is up and running this week....

Without exception the sheer quality made for a most enjoyable stay in Peppers Seaport at Launceston. Will definitely be back next time in TAS. Attention to detail in presentation, views, close to CBD. Staff very helpful :-) thank you

I don't know about you but one of my pet hates is theft proof coathanger's , not that I would want either of the two provided to hang your items but the fact that the hotel thinks you want to steal them. We have been at Peppers seaport for a whole day without any internet provided, paid or free. No...

Thank you for your recent stay. NBN had a cut over in Launceston last week that had caused disruption to services. We naturally worked quickly to have our service restored, unfortunately guests from Friday through Monday had intermittent internet and from Tuesday FREE Internet has been restored to guest rooms. This was a challenging period for our guests and staff...

Could not find a fault with anything at the hotel. Location maybe an issue without a car but we're only there one night didn't really explore the area that well. Room was spacious and clean. Selection of restaurants to eat from close by.

Peppers was perfect in rooms very roomy, and beautiful, location and service. Walking distance to CBD, canal walks and to local shopping centre. Doorway to explore around for day trips. Plenty of food options in local area to suit everyone.

Very clean and great food but I got a discount otherwise the price would have been far to high. Now I have to fill in some more characters on this review which is silly as I was just going to say it is good but now I have to fill in space as there is a minimum of 200 characters....

The room was very spacious and had a large kitchenette, bathroom and living area. Lots of power points and kitchen had everything you needed. Near a lot of restaurants and eating places. Very convenient and lovely. Would thoroughly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. Close to city centre & Cataract Gorge. Lovely restaurants, cafes & bars nearby. Very comfortable room. King size bed was great. Loved the bathroom facilities & little touches in the room. Bit noisy on street side. Nice guest lounge area with selection of teas, fruit, lollies & biscuits. Shame internet was down during our one night stay.

Thanks Anna - Yes disappointing that we have experienced issues with internet via NBN . Internet has been restored at the property for FREE Guest usage. We were able to offer FREE internet in both the cafe and the restaurant during the in room outage last week which we understand was not always convenient. Thank you for your review and...

Clean and spacious - it was lovely to arrive and be able to open up the windows to fresh air! As we had just come from another hotel that didn't allow this. Great location to walk to some great restaurants about 10mins away.
