We arrived mid afternoon and running late for a wedding and stressed. Thanks to checkin staff for a speedy chech in and giving us directions to the venue. Our room was clean an comfy. This is our second stay at Seaport and is now our preferred choice when in Launceston.

We spent 4 days with view over carpark and car sales yard over the road. At the time of booking we were not offered a choice of rooms. Reception staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. Studio room felt cramped with no space for luggage. Location of hotel is excellent. Car parking costs $10 per day extra and don't forget to...

Excellent communication from start to finish. Very clean, quiet whilst being very central and convenient to everything. Even called us immediately when we forgot an item to get it back to us. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again when in Launceston. The Mud restaurant was also excellent. 👍👍

Being slightly out of town centre was great. Beautiful boardwalk, great restaurants/coffee shops & excellent icecream! River view beautiful except for looking across the Bunnings/Officework superstore areas. That did spoil the view. Cleaning staff were so lovely and friendly.

Disappointing, for the high price of the Luxury Marina suite we expected far better quality, it was a long way off. Shower cube - could see ingrown marks in the grout, kettle was rusty inside, glasses were dirty in the cupboard and the bed mattress was way too soft, offered no back support and was so uncomfortable. Pillows were also...

Very nice hotel on the river in Launceston. Close to riverside restaurants and the town centre (short walk). Amenities very good and has access to a very well equipped commercial gym for $11 a workout

In term of price is a bit high but in terms of view, Quality , service, hygiene and location should be one of the best in town. Receptionist were very helpful and cheerful. They provided homemade cookies and water with fruit at the lobby, which is very thoughtful. We booked a river view one bedroom apartment and the view was...

Noisy air conditioner in room otherwise excellent. The view across the river is really awful. I know that changes are to be made to the area but trees should have been planted on the opposite bank of the river to beautify and hide the Bunnings Officework complex and if flooding prevents this then council should organise tress in front of...

At the start of a Tasmanian Holiday a first night at Peppers. The river rowers were a peaceful addition to the scene outside the room. Immediate access to Seaport cafes and restaurants. We chose to stay here but it is not a cheap option.

Good location but choose a room that faces the marina not the main road and commercial precinct - too noisy. Easy access to the main town cafes, galleries, theatre etc, and well located for walks along the river and up to the gorge.
