Stayed here for 2 nights with my partner. The room was a good size. It was very modern and had a decent size tv. There was a bathtub, but no plug. The weird thing about the room was that the bathroom sink was in the room and not the bathroom. But it more odd then anything and was perfectly functional....

Pros: Loved the classic 100 year old high ceilings, large window looking on to the street and simple decor. Fresh clean towels every day and toiletries kept me comfortable. Was convenient having Coles across the street and one of the most popular restaurants in the neighborhood downstairs. Cons: Bathroom was a little small but understandable considering the building is from...

From reading some online comments, I was prepared for some issues to arise, but some were not as bad as some people described. - Yes, there was no one when I checked in and I had to get the key from a rude bar woman from Steve's grill (but whatever). - Yes, internet access was not clear so I had...

We arrived from the Airport to find that there was no one at reception and there never was, the waitress in the downstairs restaurant got our key but had no idea where the room was as it was a separate business. The room was clean but very small, there was no table, only a small bar fridge and very basic...

Booked on the Wotif website which let me book two rooms as the hotel website would only let me book 1 room at a time. Booked two double ensuite rooms, paid just under $70 a night per room which is a very low rate. Checked in after a workshop. As the booking info had indicated, the small reception desk is...

The rooms are always clean tidy and the best value. The restaurant downstairs is the best if you don't book you won't get a seat - full nearly every night. That says it all. Can recommend the apartment if travelling with a group - 2 bedrooms and a lounge gives you space for snooze time. Has free wifi.

First off there is no wifi and like the other reviews have said there are no staff around at all. We had to get our room key from the restaurant downstairs! Wouldn't recommend staying here. I wish we had read other travellers reviews in detail before we booked.

We drove straight from the airport to The Centennial Hotel. Had I have known what I know now, I would not have booked this hotel. We had to get our key from the staff in the bar who seemed to have no idea about how to access our key without a code we were supposed to have been given. When...

We arrived at 8pm at night and collected our key from Restaurant staff downstairs. When we got into our room the window had been left open and it was freezing! Obviously we closed the window and turned the useless heater on. It did nothing. I was so cold I slept with full length thermals on. I had very poor sleep...

Small basic room but fortunately went when the weather was pleasant enough not to have air con but the biggest downside to this hotel is the noise coming from the busy main road. You would think it would ease down by night time but definitely was constant heavy traffic all day and all night and barely got a decent night...
