We lived there for two nights and it's a renovated motel, not a four star hotel for sure. The room is clean , quite with free parking and free wifi provided. No room service on weekends to save staff salary. But they claim it's only because they don't want guests to be disturbed.

We couldnt fault the hotel in anything. Plenty room for parking, great location, walk to coles, kmart, city, city park and kids playground. Friendly staff who make your stay easy and simple. Super easy checkin and checkout. Rooms are clean and modern, lots of space inside, felt like in some expensive hotel. Will definitely consider staying again. The only pitty...

We stayed in a Family room that was clean and comfortable. It wasn't a fancy hotel but we had everything we needed. Our unit was on the ground floor with the car park lot just outside our door... Super convenient. Located away from the crowd yet just a short 3 mins walk to the centre of CBD with shopping and...

Stayed in Unit #38 for one night. Having been to Launceston many times and never stayed here, this will be our first option in future. Location is right opposite the Park so great for Festivale and walking distance to City Centre. Quiet although our room was at back so front rooms may not be so quiet. Rooms seem to have...

Queen room was very clean and spacious with a large comfy bed and the ensuite is huge! I've stayed in motels that were smaller. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions so we had a great stay but can't comment on restaurant as it was closed for a private function on the Saturday we arrived and it is usually...

Stayed at this motel for 4 nights. Staff at check in where very helpful and always had a smile. Rooms are now dated and need a major face lift. I have stayed at this motel a number of times over the years and it's not a budget motel so one expects that the premises would be a little better. Was...

The room we booked for two nights was pleasant, airy and clean and the ensuite ok. However, despite the name change for the place it is just a basic motel. Access to the rooms is along an external balcony and the access for the front two storey building is difficult. Avoid rooms 1 to 10. They are situated at the...

We stayed here for a first night in Tasmania. Very good service and the rooms were great. Very good location and parking easy. If your older I recommend you stay in downstairs rooms. Being right opposite the city park was a advantage. Hotel meals are close by as is the CBD. I recommend you walk through the park and visit...

This is an upmarket motel style hotel close to the centre of Launceston, overlooking City Park. The rooms are large and spacious and ours looked like it had been recently refurbished throughout. We were a little surprised to arrive at 4pm on Sunday and find reception closed; we had to call the out of hours phone and were directed to...
