We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin with ensuite, the cabin overlooked the golf course and it was short walk to the Blue Lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cooking facilities were adequate with the usual collection of utensils needed to cook a meal. The cabin was clean and tidy, The beds were comfortable although a bit squeezy... More

Great place to be near excellent walks around Blue Lake, Valley Lake and Centenary Tower. Stayed in powered site for 4 nights. Short drive into town. Park is on Bay Road that can be noisy at times. Large park so lots of sites to choose from. Facilities clean and well maintained.

For the price of this place, my expectations were higher. We booked a cabin (4-person) for me and my two kids. My first impression was the friendly staff and once we got to the cabin the disappointment set in. Generally clean but the couch was filthy - I did however anticipate this and brought along a large blanket to cover... More

This is quite a nice place, some sites have a slab but most are grassed, It is very quiet at this time of the year and within a short walk from the Blue Lake. Nice walks in the area as well. The amenities are reasonable old but clean, the others up the road from us have been updated and are... More

Fantastic surprise! I stayed here 40 years ago when it was the Queen Elizabeth 2nd Caravan Park. Appauling ! Current owners have revamped the park, built fabulous cabins and created a real resort. Caters for caravans and travellers requiring cabin or challet. I booked a cabin. (3 adults) Cabins overlook the golf course complete with visiting wild life. Being June... More

Had a great 1 night stay here, family of 4 camping in a tent, using communal facilities rather than en-suite. Friendly, spacious campsite. Used the toilet/ shower block up the slope - clean and good hot and well functioning showers. Would definitely stay again. Felt obliged to write a review as read some less good ones and so nearly didn't... More

A great spot close to some of the lakes, especially to Blue Lake. Great for going on walks. Sites have plenty of room and many are drive through. Park probably has a bit of age on it but the amenities are fine and the surroundings more than make up for it.

We paid $205 to stay for one night in a cabin for work and it was dreadful. The bed was soooo uncomfortable and we started to itch in the middle of the night (bed bugs?) and so slept in the spare room which wasn't that much better. The water pressure was really bad and there was no need to turn... More

The drive to the park is stunning. You go right alongside the picturesque blue lake. When arriving at the park i found check in so simple and easy. The staff were so friendly and full of helpful advice. The cabin was clean and not lacking in any of the essentials. Even though we only stayed overnight it was warm and... More

The cabin we stayed in was great for us on a one night stop. Because of the rain it was disappointing that there was no indoor pool as our girls love to swim. Would have loved to enjoy more of the park but rain kept us indoors on our visit.
